Hahmota Oy is looking for additional team members (CTO, COO/CCO) to help take our FinanceTree software to the cloud and to help create and implement a sales and marketing strategy that will gain us tens of thousands of new customers.

The FinanceTree creates interactive, animated visualisations of an organisation's nances, material ows or other hierarchical data. We have numerous big-name customers such as the Finnish Parliament, Ministry of Finance, several Finnish cities and more recently a range of large companies.

We are interested in making nance and economics understandable to everybody, not just trained professionals. Our product is dierentiated from existing reporting and visualisation tools in that our focus is on using data to tell engaging stories to experts and non-experts alike.

We are searching for both business (COO) and technical expertise (CTO) to join our team in Helsinki in order to take our business and product to the next level. Renumeration in the form of wages, shares or a combination of the two.

COO/CCO position:You should have experience of software sales and marketing and be eager to implement innovative marketing techniques. You should be willing to take responsibility for creating our sales and marketing strategy and imple-menting it. Reasonable work experience is desirable. A hands-on, get-things-done attitude is essential.

Brings value to jobseekers & recruiters

I used to be a jobseeker who soon realized that job search is a wild jungle of several channels. To search

for jobs is long, tiring hours of hunt as there is a BIG gap between jobseekers and recruiters.

Zobify is a cloud based service that will fill in that gap, providing value for jobseekers and recruiters.

It has plenty of growing potential.

For the past months’ I have been blogging about job search, gathered information on recruitment

markets and trends, networked with HR-professionals and other jobseekers. In addition, I have validated

the idea with surveys and drafted the initial service.

Designed to , premium usability and absolutely neat design are the cornerstones of the service. scale

There is no external funding yet. The plan is to start with a beta version, get some user feedback ->

develop the service and then hit the funding markets.

The Team

Currently we have a Team of two persons. We have a backend coder. He is well experienced and is

responsible for the backend solutions and execution.

I am mostly focused on making the user experience neat, on the vision and practical steps of releasing the

service Live, sales, marketing, connecting & contacting stakeholders… you name it – I’ll do it! ;-)

Frontend developer - is it you?

You will have a big role for the user experience of the service. You know how to make simple and neat

design and how BIG difference simple decisions, like Fonts, can make...

. You will execute the Frontend dude's role

- HTML, CSS, Javascript (jQuery) can be the languages you can handle.

Important is to be fearful and aim for the best possible results. We can offer you a Co-Founder’s role

The core service has plenty of growing possibilities in form of additional services.

The delivery must be fast and this is something that still needs to be researched and defined, so it is an innovate way of providing it. It could be that we could creat our own logistics or partner up with another startup like-minded to provide us the service. The idea is to deliver the coffee in less than 3 natural days since in the first seven days after roasting the bean, the coffee still keeps all its properties. The idea is first within Finland, later the Scandinavian countries.

Delivery

First, we buy the green beans directly from the farms all over the world. Then the roasting will be divided into 5 roasting levels (thats where the HUE "värisävy" name comes from). After that we pack the coffee in two different ways; the whole bean roasted or the coffee already grinded. Finally we deliver the coffee to the customer.

How it works?

The idea comes from family tradition, as I was born in a family which they use to own coffee farms in Costa Rica, I grew up collecting and running in the harvest. I've been roasting for 4 years and as a professional coffee roaster for 1 year. Now I want to continue with the coffee business and create a great quality product which at the same time the business cares abouts clients, stakeholders and the enviroment.

The deal must be directly from the producer in a fair trade practice and the coffee must be first quality. Ideally would be good practice to meet the producers once a year.

Green Beans

The coffee roaster machine will be a green product, meaning that it will indicate that the product excels in its low rates of emission and air pollution. The roasting process must meet quality control and higenic standarts and the roaster will be a qualified professional.

Roasting

The logo from the company still has to be done. The package should meet certain requirements regarding to "enviroment friendly" and also it requires to have a valve so the coffee can "breath". We need to think in the whole image of the company (logo design, web page, package image, etc...) and also to find the best suppliers for the packakging or even better provide a solution for producing our own pattented pakage.
