Bagworm
Eggs hatch in June. The baby bagworm makes a small bag, and feeds. Bags get larger to fit the worm. Males emerge from bag in Fall, and mate with Female (she stays in the bag), She lays eggs in bag, an falls from bag dead.

yard of turf, treatment is warranted.
