1. Revision GPP training toolkit: guidance legal aspects & how to use ecolabels. Translations (?). Trainings in 2019/2020 limited number of MS.

2. New framework for GPP criteria development:

– Linked to EU Ecolabel process– GPP user manuals (criteria simple/short).

– Shortened procedure for GPP criteria (15-18 months vs >24).

3. Inventory of ecolabels. Difficult to maintain/comparisons (legal challenges). E.g. GIZ.

4. Upcoming research project on uptake of GPP criteria – increase criteria quality.

5. Development of a tool on Lice Cycle Costing for GPP of energy consuming products. Pilot phase. Interested authorities to contact the Commission.

6. Green Public Procurement NGO network – considering regional/local activities - GPP AG representatives from MS might be contacted by NGOs.

• Change needed in GPP criteria on Energy Star (expired agreement US/EU). Energy Label for PCs/monitors by 2020. During GAP, need to search the US database.

• Public Procurement for a Circular Economy translated to English, French, German, Italian, Polish and Spanish.

• Reducing impact of Single Use Plastics through GPP.

• Towards Sustainable PP: Interest from GPP AG members to set criteria on social aspects – challenges linked to PP Directives /shortcomings in indicators methodology/WTO

• Social procurement – workshops in 15 Member States (SE, DK, NL, EL, FR, DE, IT, PL, LV, SK, CZ, HU, RO, HR, IE ), in national language and based on the national legislation (national and local authorities + EC).

• Social procurement – revision of 'Buying social' guide. Good examples welcome!!
