OUR STANDARD INSPECTION RESPONSE SERVICE

Inspection Response is a service specifically designed to provide a cost effective and customer friendly alternative to existing finance inspection options.

Our national network of mobile service technicians can provide official verification reports across a range of financed assets, such as car inspections, boat inspections, caravan & trailer inspections etc. at your customer’s home or office, anytime, anywhere.

Our verification process captures critical details such as the Make, Model, VIN & Serial Numbers of the asset as standard, as well as a photo-graphical record of the asset.

All of our partner providers undergo comprehensive training and sign up to our code of conduct and operating procedures to ensure we present to your customers professional each and every time.

Roadside Response can provide centralised billing services to all our customers, reducing administration time lines and invoicing failures and ensuring the accuracy and quality of all our reports.

Engine Number

VIN Number

Registration Number

Registration Expiry

Colour

Odeometer Reading

General ‘rating’ of vehicle condition (visual)

Photographs of the vehicle (up to 6 photos)

HOW DOES IT WORK?

We offer a 1) ‘Pay to Use’ Inspection service were we simply require an upfront payment via credit card or 2) payment applied to a 30 credit account (subject to account application), whichever model best suits your needs, the booking process is the same

Each Inspection Response Report can be organsied anytime from 7am to 7pm 7 days a week (excluding public holidays listed below) to ensure your client are not inconvienienced by this service.

We can come wherever the assest in located to provide our Inspection Report Services.

1. Call 1300 468931 to book your Inspection Response

2. Provide us with the details of the inspection (address, date & time etc)

3. Pay for the service (credit card or 30 day account)

4. Roadside Response attend sight and complete the Inspection Report

5. Report emailed to client within 24hrs of the inspection being completed – if not sooner

*Public Holidays - New Year’s Day, Australia Day, Good Friday, Easter Monday, Anzac Day, Christmas Day & Boxing Day.

INSPECTION RESPONSE REPORT COSTS

Each Standard Inspection Response Report is supplied with up to 6 photographs of the vehicle along with the standard report information shown in Appendix 1.

Our standard Inspection Response Report is provided for an inclusive fee of $120 per report.

In instances we’re there are additional items to be inspected such as a vehicle and trailer and both are located at the same site and can be inspected at the same time – an additional fee of $50 will apply
