What it isThe INSPIRED Performance programme is built on our core belief that creating and sustaining a culture of high performance starts with the individual and then filters into teams and the organisation.

The programme is an experience-led set of modules, which are delivered face to face in groups of 8 to 14 people, who typically have a common goal, purpose or challenge.

The modules tackle different and distinct aspects of improving performance relating to THINK, FEEL, ACT and LEAD.

The programme enables individuals to reach their full potential, and allows teams to develop the mutual trust needed to be effective.

This creates a powerful cultural shift across the organisation, leading the way to effective change.

This modular programme is designed to focus on any of your current business challenges. Because communication skills form the basis of everything we do, we usually support the development journey with the groundbreaking VoicePrint tool. The modules then enable improvements in the way people THINK, FEEL, ACT and LEAD. Finally, we work with you to embed key learnings into your organisation enabling a new performance-oriented culture to grow.

Our methodology, based on the experiential learning approaches of David Kolb, is designed to create anticipation, and invite individual and group reflection. This allows us to deliver new skills and knowledge, and affect changes in attitude and behaviour.

CommunicateVoicePrint

This unique 360° tool is a combination of psychometric testing and competence assessment. Specifically designed to raise awareness of your communication and influencing styles at work, it helps individuals and teams understand their key development areas and address skills gaps.

How it helpsThe communication and influencing competencies addressed in this module underpin the feel, act and lead modules. VoicePrint allows individuals and teams to identify strengths and set clear priorities for their learning and development.

ThinkMindset & motivation

A two-day module designed to help individuals and teams achieve peak performance and long-term change by exploring and understanding the role of mindset. It applies the latest models from the field of cognitive psychology and the science of goal-setting in a user-friendly, practical way.

How it helpsThis supports your people in setting world-class goals. It enables them to identify and understand ‘limiting’ thinking and reasons for blocked motivation in themselves and others. They learn how to improve their thinking, remove motivation barriers and align their individual motivations with the team and organisation’s needs.

EmbedMaking it stickWe use a range of experiential learning methods and tailor this module to the emerging needs of your people and organisation. Typically this module happens at regular intervals after the formal learning has taken place, offering individuals the opportunity to recap, practice and keep applying their learning. It can also help the team work out what organisation changes needs to happen, plan ahead and make the changes stick.

ActCoaching for high performanceA two-day module to build coaching skills and provide practical tools to use back in the workplace. Individuals can immediately apply these skills to enable others to explore and resolve challenges and reach their full potential.

How it helpsThis enables managers and leaders to distinguish between coaching, mentoring and managing, and use each appropriately to engage and inspire high performance – so they can fully support the individuals and teams who will take your organisation to the next level.

FeelResilience & emotional intelligenceThis two-day module prepares leaders and line managers for optimum performance during times of change. It teaches the principles of individual team and organisational resilience and enables your people to practically apply these to themselves and their teams.

How it helpsWhen change happens, your people need to be emotionally ready. This module shows them how to survive and thrive in an ever-changing environment, while leading others towards your vision of the future.

LeadLeadership impact

This one or two-day module focuses leaders on their capability to influence individuals and teams towards their vision. We work with their capacity to communicate, enabling them to be an effective role model for the change they wish to see.

How it helpsLeaders need to provide compelling and convincing leadership in order to align the culture of their teams and organisation to their organisation direction. This module enables them to purposefully role model and influence others to create this alignment with buy in and empowerment in their teams.

EmbedSpecialist coachingA one-to-one or team coaching module that can be adapted to specific needs. Our offer includes high performance coaching, career coaching, and VoicePrint coaching for improved communication and influencing.

How it helpsDevelops insightful and innovative thinking and supports creative problem solving and reflection. Sustains and embeds leadership behaviours that are needed to effect change throughout the organisation.
