Stonefruit: Season just starting up with Yellow & White Peaches, plus Yellow Nectarines. Pack size is 56ct on all varieties, coming from Tulare County. There are a few Cherries also available, 11.5 row; quality is okay for early season fruit, but sizing, sugar, flavor & value will improve over the ensuing months.Asparagus: Demand for CA Asparagus is heavy through Mother’s Day week; quality is very nice. WA grown ‘grass is also available, with supply improving every week. MX supply is limited; they’re in-between growing area this week.Broccolini: Supplies have declined as a result of gaps in the planting schedules caused by our very wet winter. We’ll fill in with Organic Baby Broccoli. Strong market on limited availability.Broccoli & Cauliflower: January & February rains caused plantings to be washed out, so we are now both items are in short supply & prices have jumped up. Adding to this, the same rains prevented growers from keeping up with their normal successive planting schedule, now causing major shortages. Growers are projecting supply to get back to normal by the end of May. Cauliflower, continued: Cheddar, Green & Purple Cauliflower as well as Cauliflower Florettes supplies are non-existent early this week due to planting gaps thru the early part of the year caused by very wet winter. Supplies will be hit or miss for the next few weeks. Strong market. Celery: Continues to be limited this week & still mighty spendy. Yuma is done & Oxnard is still seeing supply gaps/quality issues from the rain earlier this year. Hearing it will stay strong through mid-June. Green Grapes: Stored Chilean Grapes are running out, so prices are on the rise. MX season is late this year which may translate to supply gaps. Limes: Supplies are improving & market easing.Onions: ID & WA are running out of storage Red, White & Yellow Onions for the season. Prices are on the high end for Reds. New crop Red & Yellow Onions from the Delano/Fresno area scheduled to start next week!

Their modern shipping and cooling facility operates year round in

San Juan Bautista, California, and they pride themselves on oering consistently high qualityorganic and specialty produce to local, regional, national and international markets.

“We have been working with Greenleaf for over 30 years. They are anincredibly loyal and dependable partner and together we have been able to create a good social model

withabout 60 dierent growers and 150 miles of crops. It is a partnership my family really values.”– Christine Coke
