Step 1Clean in E-Kleen 148-Eto remove cutting fluids,coolants, oils and other soils.Five (5) minutes.

Step 5Blacken inInstaBlak 333solution forTwo (2) minutes.

Step 7Seal the finish and producecorrosion resistance by immersing in E-Tec 503.One (1) minute.

Step 8All parts to air dry.

Step 2Rinse in cold waterto remove residual cleaning solution.One (1) minute.

Step 3Activate in E-Prep 258 to prepare surface for blackening.One (1) to two (2) minutes.

Step 4Rinse in cold waterto remove residual activator solution.One (1) minute.

Step 6Rinse in cold water to remove residualblackening solution.One (1) minute.
