MAINTENANCE GUIDE

Dear Customer, We thank you for choosing an Agrital cab! Here’s a reference guide for the most common maintenance operation you’ll be performing to maintain your new cab efficient and in good state. CLEANING To clean the interior, we suggest to remove the carpets and clean the separately, in order not to leave them wet. The fixed linings can be cleaned with simple water. DOOR ADJUSTMENT After having installed your new cab, you may need to adjust the door locking by adjusting the attachment of the door latch. This operation must be carried on each time the cab is mounted. To maintain a good efficiency of the locks, we strongly suggest not to operate the tractor with the doors opes, since the vibrations could damage the hinges. HEATING/VENTILATION SYSTEM (water-cooled tractors only) In order to switch from the heating to the simple ventilation, the operator has to turn off the hydraulic outlet tap inside the cab. CLEANING AND CHANGING THE AIR FILTERS We suggest to clean the intake air filter every 150 working hours with compressed air or a vacuum cleaner. After 1000 working hours, we suggest to completely clean the air system by using compressed air. To access the system remove the roof (the silicone will have to be removed as well). We suggest to put new silicone back when mounting the roof again. We suggest to change the air filter once a year. Carbon activated filters have a very limited life span. We suggest to use them only when dealing with special chemical treatments and to use a standard filter for other operations. Store the activated carbon filter in its package when not in use. The life span of the filter depends on the working conditions. The mean life span is about 150 working hour AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM To keep the air conditioning effective, please remember to clean the radiator on the roof and keep the gas on the compressor at level. To clean the radiator use compressed air. Keep a maximum of 3.5 bar in order not to damage the radiator. To refill the compressor, do not exceed0.7 Kg. for big compressors and 0.5 for small compressors and do not put the system under excessive pressure. For further instructions please refer to the instruction manual of the air conditioning system. Please do not hesitate to contact us for any question!

WARRANTY REGISTRATION Dear costumer,

The warranty is valid only if you fill the form and sent it back to Agrital within 15 days from the date of purchase. The form may be sent by e-mail or by fax. For air conditioning system, please fill also the manufacturer’s warranty The customer confirm to have received the owner’s manual and the maintenance manual. He has been properly informed by the dealer on the correct use of the cabin. For the use of any personal protective equipment the user must follow the directions of his person in charge for the safety at work. The dealer confirms that he has installed the cab in according to instruction provided by the manufacturer, in order that the SAE-OECD approval is valid. Stamp dealer:

The instruction to fit the cab

Remove the front lights of the roll bar, the rear safety net and the tail plate. Discard the plate that is welded on the rear pillar roll bar. (The top, both right and left).

Place the sides supported the platform and connect with the tubes (bars) as described:

cross front and upper rear top rail must have: the side with 4 holes facing inside and outside with the remaining holes having side down.

Cross rear lower No. 8 has holes (No. 4 on one side and No. 4 on 'other side) the side with the widest holes must be taken inside and the other the holes toward up.

is curved and the two brackets must be kept inside All the bars are connected to brackets welded on the sides with screws TE 8x 35 (total number 8 screws). If necessary for the regulation, you use washers

Assembled the sides, now you need to enter the clamping brackets to the structure of the cabin. These brackets should be placed in the upper part of the roll bar and close to it with screws TE 10x30 (no. 4 per bracket). The brackets are screwed to the cab with screws M8x25 TE (see below picture)

Found the optimal position of the cab, tighten all the screws Proceed with the completion of entry-peg to the base of the machine screws with 10x TE 30 (No. 2 on each side).

Close the back with showed cover (see picture below) and secured with sheet metal screws. Make sure the gasket is stuck to the machine

Place the roof and fasten it with screws through the holes TE 8x20 existing. Drill holes in the plate that is welded on the side.

GLASS: The front glass must be placed by interposing between the hinges and the bar thickness nylon (see picture) and then fixed to the cab with screws M8x40 TSPEI. Attach the shock to the findings already made with spherical node. Ensure proper closure. Otherwise adjust the screws. The rear window is fixed to brackets welded to the sides with countersunk screws 8 x 30.

The glass door is already mounted on the sides. Attach the shock to the feedback already prepared. Make sure the proper closing of doors. Otherwise adjust the screws of the hinges to the glass. After the correct placement of the windows to proceed with the engagement of the closing of the sides

Connect the wiring to the car battery. Mount the bracket with lights and mirror to the bracket welded on the front vertical sides and connect everything with TE M6x20 screws.

HEATING SYSTEM Connect the pipe to 'lock on the existing pump. Insert the straight fitting as supplied.

Connect the return line by cutting the original hose, insert the "T" in equipment and joining the pipe of the original cut and the two leaders to restore the link. At the end of it all start the engine and let it warm up (minimum 5 min.). Once in temperature off and wait at least 10 min. to cool. At this point, if necessary, top up the level of water in the radiator. Finally given No. 3 rubber locking hood to reduce air gaps by installing them in the hood with cable ties (one central and two side symmetrical). A fourth rubber (small) is provided to close the gap lever to tip the bucket Seal all components The product is fully assembled.
