Installation instructions Monza 5-point-harness

The first step is to attach the crotch strap:

To do so, fold the backrest backwards (if installed, remove the back stabilisers).

Afterwards, the belt side without buckle (marked with arrows in the second

picture) is inserted between the backrest and seat (see third picture). Then

place this end of the belt centrally under the seat.

Now thread the other side of the strap, which has a buckle, between the fabric

pad and foam (like in the fourth picture). Now pass the buckle under the pad

and pull the short end through the hole in the foam upwards (as shown in the

fifth picture).

Now take the long end of the strap which has no buckle and attach the metal

buckle as shown in the pictures below.

Finally put the two buckles together so that they are centrally under the seat

(see picture).

Now the belt buckle has to be attached:

Guide the short strap which was passed through the foam through the

abduction block. Then they guide the belt through the plastic adjuster from

behind then from the front to the back through the top slit. Now the adjuster

should look like in the picture. Further, pull the belt through the strap in the

belt buckle from the rear.

Then pull the rest of the strap through the adjuster in reverse order. Also the

end has to go through the gap, not like in the picture.

Finally, pull the end through the black plastic adjuster as indicated by the

arrows.

Attach shoulder straps:

The strap end with two eyelets on the headrest screws (screw + nut). For a shorter strap, the lower

eyelet can be used. Then pull the shoulder straps between the headrest and the backrest forward

onto the seat.

Guide the other end of the belt to the side between seat and backrest and

screw it on.
