Fold the membrane toward the back wall.

Staple the fold to the back wall.

Put the Slope Board in place. Leave 1” from the drain.

Measure the opening size.

Mark the size piece you need.

Score the Slope Board with a straight edge and utility knife.

Break the scored line.

Dry fit the Slope Board to make sure that it fits properly.

Remove the Slope Boards and apply the Thinset at the drain edge first.

Place the Slope Board over the Thinset leaving 1” space from the drain.

Repeat by putting down Thinset and Slope Board until the entire slope floor is in place.

Press the entire floor firmly into place.

Staple the Membrane.

Cut the Slope. Thinset the Slope to the sub-floor.

Apply two parallel beads of sealant to the edge of the drain membrane.

Thinset under the Drain membrane - on top of the Slope.

Before pressing the membrane into the Thinset check to make sure it is level in all directions.

Make sure the drain is the correct distance from the wall on both sides.

Fold the membrane in half and hold it over the sealant lines.

Make sure that the thick edge of the membrane lines up with the rows of sealant.

Press firmly into place.

Work the sealant into the corners. Make sure there is a board in place to support the sealant edge.

Staple the edge to the support board.

Lay the membrane on top of the sealant.

Use Noblesealant 150

8 Sealant the Membranes together.

Thinset the Drain Membrane.

9 Thinset the Floor Membrane to the slope.

Screw the drain cover to the drain on both sides.

It is a good idea to protect the top of the drain cover with tape while you are installing the floor.

Slide on the spacers.

Staple the membrane to the framing at least 4” above the highest point of the shower pan while holding the membrane tight in the corners.

Finnish installing the membrane with Thinset or approved adhesive.

Screw on the Drain Cover.

Congratulations.You’re ready to install the floor.

Spacers:

The spacer size is determined by the instal-lation method used and the thickness of the

flooring material.

The spacer size is the total thickness of

materials from the top waterproofing to the top

of the tile/slab on the shower floor.
