Instruction for Apprentice Registration

*Please read the steps before starting Apprentice Registration

Step 1: Type apprenticeship home in Google search bar and press enter.

Step 3: Personal Details

1. Select Candidate Type: ITI Passed. 2. NCVT/SCVT Certificate No. : Enter NTC Certificate No. 3. Aadhaar Card No.(UID No.): Enter 12 digit adhaar card no.*(Candidate must have Adhaar Card and

candidate’s name, father’s name, date of birth on Adhaar Card must be same as per the ITI marksheet). If details are not matching then update your aadhar card details.

4. Fill the other necessary details carefully.

Step 4: Contact Details 1. Type your clear postal address, respective state, district, pin code. 2. Type your correct contact number. 3. Please type your own e-mail address (for example:XXXX@gmail.com).

Note: Email ID is mandatory, should be active. Activation link for registration will be sent to the provided email)

Step 5: Qualification Details

1. Choose your Academic Qualification: 10th or 12th 2. Upload the qualification mark sheet in PDF or JPG format up to 200 KB size.

Step 6: Technical Qualification 1. Name of the Institute: Type your ITI Institute Name. 2. Name of Council/University: NCVT 3. Name of Trade/Course: eg.(Electrician/COPA/Welder/Fitter/Painter) 4. Type Course start date and End date Button. 5. Click on Add

Upload any one of the following ITI Mark sheet with Good Quality in PDF/ JPG format size less than 200 KB:

“NTC/ ITI All Semester Single Mark sheet/Provisional Certificate/Semester Mark sheet (1, 2, 3, 4) in a single PDF file.”

Step 7: Trade Preference: 1. Select your trade in which you have done ITI.

Step 8: Upload Document:

WARNING: Before Submitting Application Do This: “Check once detailed you have entered are correct. *Print the details (press CTRL + P print all the details you filled)”

**Printing the application is Mandatory and to be submitted during verification of documents.

Step 9: Submit: 1. Enter Captcha Image: Enter the same text in the box. 2. After taking Print of the application, click on the declaration and click on Submit.

Important Note:

1. Once submitted the application, the registered id will be send to candidate registered email id. 2. So please check your mail inbox, mail from DGT.

3. Click on the activation link, after clicking on it user will be redirected to MIS page along the system generated Apprentice Registration number and a message. Take a print out of this page by pressing CTRL + P key.

4. A new mail will be triggered to the registered email Id with the Apprentice Registration number and other details for profile editing.

Step 10: Edit My Profile: 1. Select Apprentices > Edit my Profile

2. Enter the Registration Number starting with AXXXXXXXX and other details then click on Authenticate.

3. Your profile opens, now you can edit your details.

4. Scan candidate signature and Father/Guardian signature below 200 KB, JPG format and upload it.

5. Click on the submit button after uploading the documents.

Your Apprentice Registration Process is Completed.

Those who have already done the registration earlier, please check your profile by editing (follow

Step: 10) and upload the necessary documents like ITI mark sheet, DOB document, Photograph

and signature.
