Instructions : Properly Performing Exit Audit Workflow:

1. Navigate to the “Job Order Page” in bond for the consultant of who’s

assignment you wish to end. You can do this by typing the 5 digit Bond

# into the Quick Search Bar, and then the following page will appear. In

the Left hand column Click – “Contractor’s Assigned”

2. From the “Contractor Assigned” page, click the “Assignment start

date” to access the “Assignment Record” for your consultant where you

can end the assignment and generate and “ExitAudit Email”

3. From the Assignment Record in the right hand column scroll to

Assignment Activities and then choose End Assignment

4. A prompt will then Appear Fill in the Required Information – Then hit

Confirm

5. An email will appear in outlook addressed to

[email protected] with an Exit Audit Attached.

Open the attachment, and then enter in all of the comment sections the

information regarding your consultant’s end date. If you have a letter of

Resignation from your consultant you will also need to attach that to the

email. Once completed, click Save to save the file back to the email, then

hit send.

6. You have now successfully ended your consultants assignment and

notified the appropriate parties.
