TSEAMCET-2019 ADMISSIONS

WEB BASED COUNSELLING INSTRUCTIONS TO CANDIDATES

Every Candidate attending for TSEAMCET-2019 Admissions counselling is requested to follow the stages as indicated below:

STAGE 1: Payment of Processing Fee and Slot Booking through online.

Login to the website https://tseamcet.nic.in the following screen appears.

Click on Pay Processing Fee the following screen will appears and pay Rs. 600/- for (SC/ST) and

Rs. 1200/- for (others) towards Processing Fee.

In the above screen enter the following details.

TSEAMCET Hall Ticket Number.

Registration Form No (as printed on TSEAMCET-2019 Examination Hall Ticket)

Date of Birth and

Image value (case sensitive)

Go through the transaction charge details in the above screen so as to select the mode of Processing Fee Payment.

Click on Pay Fee Online. The following screen will appear.

In the above screen Basic Information as furnished by the candidate while filling TSEAMCET application form and special category status are available which are not editable.

Enter caste certificate application number and income certificate application number, if applicable. Enter mobile number. Candidate has to give his / her or parents mobile number. All the information

(OTP, SMS, allotment details,etc.,) shall be sent to this mobile number till the completion of counselling. Enter Email ID and candidate Aadhar number.

Read the undertaking and click on Check Box given for declaration. Click on submit Button after ensuring all the entered details are correct. The following screen will

appear.

Click on OK Button to proceed to payment of Processing Fee. The following screen will appear

Verify EAMCET Hall Ticket Number and Rank in the above screen. Read the Instructions to Pay Processing Fee and Click on check box. Click on Pay Processing Fee Online. The following screen will appear.

Click on OK Button you will be redirected to third party gateway for payment of Processing Fee. The

following screen will appear

Select the mode of payment (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking) and enter the required details and make the payment.

The following screen appears after confirmation of payment of Processing Fee.

Click on proceed to slot booking for Certificate Verification. The following screen will appear

In the above screen enter the following details.

TSEAMCET Hall Ticket Number.

Registration Form No (as printed on TSEAMCET-2019 Examination Hall Ticket)

Date of Birth and

Image value (case sensitive)

Click on Show Available Slots. The following screen will appear.

If the candidate do not have any special category (NCC/CAP/PH) verification select All (OC/BC/SC/ST) against category.

If the candidate have Special Category (NCC/CAP/PH) verification select respective special category against category. Government Polytechnic, Masab Tank, Hyderabad will appear. Special category verification will be done only at Government Polytechnic, Masab Tank, Hyderabad.

For all the candidates the following Screen will appear.

Select the nearby Help Line Center convenient to attend for certificate verification. The following screen will appear.

The dates available for slot booking will be marked with Green colour. Click on the suitable date convenient to attend for certificate verification. The following screen will

appear.

The slot booking is available from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Details of available slots are present in the above screen. Click on the convenient time slot. The following screen will appear.

Verify the details of Help Line Center and date and time of slot booking. Click on YES Button. The following screen will appear.

Immediately you will receive SMS to the Registered Mobile Number with the details of HLC

Name, Date & time etc. Print out can be taken (not mandatory) with the details of HLC Name, Date & time. Report 10 minutes before the slot booking schedule at the designated HLC. Show the SMS

received to the Registered Mobile Number and complete the Certificate verification process.
