Instructions W2 Online Election (Paperless Delivery)

1. Login: SAP Portal your ID and password then click on Log On

2. Click on SAP Employee Self-Service to start the paperless delivery

3. Click on the payroll link

4. Click on Election for Online W-2 link

5. First click on Receive Form W-2 online service then click on Save

6. You have successfully completed to receive your W-2 online 7. At the upper right hand corner click on the X to close 8. Takes you back to the Employee Self Service Screen area page

8. Next Log-off located at the upper right hand corner

9. Click on the X, located at the upper right hand corner of the screen, to close the SAP Portal
