LCS078 Muntin End Connectors are designed for uses with Tremco’s Swiggle Seal and provides a finished end for other muntin end sealing methods using drop-in muntin assembly. The Muntin End Connector’s design makes it a versatile and labor saving connector. Specify with or without nubs. No nubs works with contoured muntin.Colors available: Black, Grey and Natural.

LCS078 Features:1. Flexible shaft which allows for

use in both straight and diamond grid patterns, eliminating the need to cut different angles.

2. Part strength exceeds part requirements and is nonfogging.

3. Positive friction enables part to stay in position.

LCS003 Argon i.G. Plugs are a temporary 5/32" marker, allowing easy hole location for gas filling after the unit has been sealed. LCS003-S is a collared version of the LCS003. It will fit larger diameter hole sizes up to .170.LCS003-2 a permanent Argon Gas Fill Plug which allows testing of the unit for Argon gas. A syringe is inserted into the plug for testing. When the syringe is removed the Argon Plug is self sealing. Colors available are natural and blaze orange for easy identification.

Completely manual, the operator lays the Super Spacer into the fixture, adjusts the centering guide, locks the hand clamp, and pulls the material across the blade. LCS’ Hand Notcher is designed to make manual corner notching and application of Super Spacer™ faster and more uniform. Ideally, this hand notcher is used in combination with LCS’ suction-cup indexing Rotary Work Table (LCS3084).

This hand-operated tool assures consistent placement of Super Spacer™ at 3/16" from the glass edge and provides a clean and accurate corner notch; it also adjusts to fit all Super Spacer™ sizes ranging from 1/4" to 1 3/16" and can be sharpened easily with the use of a few shop tools.
