About the Presenters:Paul Tetrault, JD, CPCU, ARM, AIM, is executive director of The Insurance Library. He previously served for many years as counsel for a national insurer trade association focusing on legislation, regulation and public policy. He is also chair of the CPCU Society's Regulatory & Legislative Interest Group Committee and a member of the Society's Publications Committee.

Eryn Campbell, MLS, is the Senior Research Librarian at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) where she conducts research for NAIC members, regulators, and staff and maintains a specialized and historic collection of nearly 10,000 items. Prior to joining the NAIC in 2014, she was a medical librarian at a regional health system. Eryn is also an active member of the Special Libraries Association and the Kansas City Association of Law Libraries.

• The NAIC is an organization of state insurance regulators convening since 1871 to promote consistency and resource sharing among states.
