Integral Construction Pty Ltd is a privately owned construction company specialising in a range of commercial construction work.

PROJECT DETAILS | Chiller building on top of existing processing plant, with a floor area of 350m2 and internal ceiling height of seven metres.
Construction consisted of a large structural steel truss structure supported by existing columns, enclosed with both 150mm thick cold store panels and metal sheeting.
The suspended floor structure consisted of a steel frame base with compressed fibre cement lining, glass wool and cold store panels for insulation purposes, and a reinforced concrete slab finished with an epoxy compound.
Internally, an additional steel framed structure fixed to concrete up-stands accommodated the bird-handling conveyor system imported from Europe.
Building works were scheduled to enable the processing plant to remain operating at full capacity throughout construction.
