EDUCATION
Spotless provides managed services to over 1,300 schools and campuses
across the primary, secondary and tertiary educational sectors with a team of
nearly 2,000 staff.
NEW SOUTH WALES DEPARTMENT OF EDUCATION AND TRAINING (NSW DET), NEW SOUTH WALES
Spotless has delivered integrated asset maintenance services consisting of preventive and reactive maintenance services to NSW DET school sites and facilities since 2005. Spotless is responsible for 638 NSW DET schools and 17 TAFE schools, providing a 24 / 7 contact centre for all emergency repairs and teams of trade-qualified managers to tend to the sites, and site users. The contract also includes planned and minor building works and maintenance, including upgrades to facility assets and building fabric.
UNIVERSITY OF ADELAIDE, SOUTH AUSTRALIA
The University of Adelaide caters for 26,000 students across three core campuses. Spotless is responsible for the provision of maintenance services at the University as well as the commercial buildings across the Adelaide CBD. In addition to our plumbing and electrical maintenance, provided since 2002, we are working closely with the University to upgrade all switchboards and electrical services across the campuses.
UNIVERSITY OF QUEENSLAND
Spotless has been operating at the University of Queensland (UQ) in a variety of capacities since 1986. Spotless delivers a demanding service regime across UQ’s campuses and residential facilities, delivering daily and periodic cleaning across a diverse building portfolio. Installing an aqueous ozone system to reduce chemical usage across UQ precincts, Spotless aims to provide effective environmentally friendly and sustainable benefits to the University.
GEELONG GRAMMAR, VICTORIA
Alliance has provided catering to staff and students since 2015. Alliance provides a daily meal service to all staff and students at Geelong Grammar School’s main campus in Corio. Around 30 Alliance staff, from kitchen hands to the executive chef, prepare over 2,000 meals each day. Every menu is reviewed and nutritionally assessed by our executive chef and dietician.

HEALTHCARE
Our team of 3,300 staff provide facility management, food, cleaning, laundry
and security services to more than 20 major hospitals across Australasia.
THE ALFRED, VICTORIA
Spotless has provided cleaning, food, ancillary, ward support, grounds and garden maintenance, pest control, hygiene services and security services at The Alfred since 2004. Spotless offers cost saving benefits including the use of task management system, CARPS, which provides significant improvements in resource efficiency and an enhanced capability to accurately report on the achievement of KPIs.
ROYAL ADELAIDE HOSPITAL, SOUTH AUSTRALIA
Spotless has provided cleaning to all Royal Adelaide Hospital buildings for over 10 years. Spotless works alongside the Hospital around the clock to prevent the risk and spread of infection across all clinical and non-clinical floor spaces to ensure the health and safety of patients.
MATER HOSPITAL, QUEENSLAND
For the past six years Spotless has provided the majority of cleaning services to wards, theatres, outpatient areas and offices at Mater, including Mater Adult Hospital, Mater Mothers’ Hospitals and Mater Children’s Hospital as well as other offsite locations. Spotless is Mater’s key service provider delivering reactive cleaning, waste removal and cleaning to prevent infection risk.
CENTRALALLIANCE HEALTH, NEW ZEALAND
Spotless provides integrated services including patient food, retail, dietetics, cleaning, orderlies, security, mailroom, facilities maintenance, grounds and garden, asset management, biomedical, and fleet management across three hospitals for centralAlliance Health. centralAlliance is a fully integrated, regionalised contract in the Manawatu and Whangaui regions, that is a collaboration between two District Health Boards, Whanganui DHB and Midcentral DHB.

DARLING HARBOUR LIVE, NEW SOUTH WALES
In 2012, Spotless won a PPP contract to deliver integrated facilities management and lifecycle asset management services for our client, Infrastructure NSW Sydney Harbour Foreshore Authority. Spotless will deliver hard services, high-level cleaning, landscaping and Public Realm maintenance to the International Convention Centre as part of this redevelopment. Construction is due for completion in December 2016.
SOUTHBANK TAFE, BRISBANE, QUEENSLAND
The Southbank campus of TAFE-Brisbane is Queensland’s first Public Private Partnership program commencing in 2005. Our integrated services include cleaning, 24 / 7 security, grounds maintenance, pest control, porterage, infrastructure maintenance: HVAC, electrical, fire, plumbing, information communication and technology, lifecycle replacement, workplace health & safety consultancy services, laundry / linen and kitchen hands.
NEW ROYAL ADELAIDE HOSPITAL, SA HEALTH, SOUTH AUSTRALIA
In 2011, Spotless was awarded the 35-year contract as Facility Manager at the New Royal Adelaide Hospital, as part of a PPP. Construction of the hospital began in 2011 and is scheduled for completion in 2016. Spotless will deploy more than 700 staff to deliver 15 support services including engineering and maintenance, catering, cleaning, orderly services, security, patient support, grounds and gardens.
HEADQUARTERS JOINT OPERATIONS COMMAND, DEPARTMENT OF DEFENCE, AUSTRALIAN CAPITAL TERRITORY
Spotless delivers facilities management services to the Department of Defence at its high security Headquarters Joint Operations Command (HQJOC) site. Spotless provides a total Facilities Management Service including building and equipment maintenance, security and emergency response, cleaning, catering, helpdesk, administration and concierge services, pest control, and waste management services, along with managing the asset lifecycle replacement requirements.
PUBLIC PRIVATE PARTNERSHIPS
Spotless is a leader in providing comprehensive facilities maintenance
services to PPP contracts across the Healthcare, Education, Defence,
Corrections and Leisure sectors. We are participating in 15 PPP projects with
a strong reputation for providing high quality services, value for money, and
bringing an innovative approach to asset lifecycle management.

Spotless helps our Defence clients to maximise operational efficiencies,
reduce costs and ensure the comfort of base staff.
MANAWATU HUB, DEFENCE NZ
Spotless provides facilities maintenance services under the contracts of Facilities Maintenance and Management Services at New Zealand Defence Force (NZDF)’s Manawatu Hub (Central Region) and National Army Museum, for our client, the NZDF: Defence Property Group. Spotless has provided facilities maintenance services to NZDF since 2011. From June 2016, Spotless will continue to service the contract through to June 2021. Spotless provides facilities maintenance contracts encompassing:

• Operational maintenance
• Cleaning
• Grounds maintenance
• Swimming pool management
Since our first New Zealand Defence Force contract for facilities maintenance was awarded in 2005 for Trentham Military Camp, Spotless has provided services to the New Zealand Defence Force across a broad range of asset management and facilities maintenance.
Since 2005, we have successfully provided facilities maintenance services to New Zealand Defence Forces, this has included Trentham, the Manawatu Hub, and National Army Museum. In June 2015, we were awarded the facilities maintenance contract for the NZDF Southern Region based in Burnham Military Camp.
ESTATE MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION SUPPORT, DEPARTMENT OF DEFENCE, QUEENSLAND AND NEW SOUTH WALES
Under the Commonwealth of Australia represented by the Department of Defence: Contract for the Provision of Estate Maintenance and Operation Services (EMOS) contract, Spotless provides essential support services to our client, the Department of Defence: Estate and Infrastructure Group (DE&IG). From 2014–2019, Spotless is delivering services in the Queensland and Southern New South Wales regions. The EMOS services contract has been established to integrate Defence estate management and servicing activities. These include all Base Services activities which support and service the land, buildings and infrastructure on the Defence Estate. The EMOS contract encompasses:

• Management, integration and co-ordination
• Base services support centre
• Cleaning and housekeeping
• Estate upkeep (planned and reactive maintenance)

• Laundry, dry cleaning and treatment

CLIPSAL 500 ADELAIDE, SOUTH AUSTRALIA
Spotless has catered and cleaned for the South Australian Tourism Commission’s largest annual motor racing event, the Clipsal 500 Adelaide since 2000. In 2016, Spotless continued its long-time involvement in the event by providing security services and event staff for the first time.
AE SMITH AT CROWN, VICTORIA
Since 1995, AE Smith has provided full-time air conditioning, refrigeration, energy efficiency and building services to Crown, even helping to build the original Crown entertainment complex. The AE Smith team regularly tailors energy saving initiatives for Crown, ensuring the safety of staff and visitors to the complex.
WESTPAC STADIUM, NEW ZEALAND
EPICURE has provided all retail and hospitality catering services along with corporate area cleaning to Westpac Stadium since 1999. With a capacity of 34,000, EPICURE caters to concerts and high profile sporting events.
MELBOURNE CRICKET CLUB, VICTORIA
Spotless’ renewed MCG service contract with the MCC covers a seven-year extension until 2022, with EPICURE and AE Smith providing a multi-service offering. For 36 years, Spotless has serviced the MCC, with its catering arm, EPICURE, catering functions across high profile sporting event days and non-event days. For over 18 years, AE Smith has provided facility management and maintenance to the grounds’ refrigeration and air-conditioning components.

BLUESCOPE STEEL, HASTINGS, VICTORIA
The BlueScope Steel Western Port contract is an integrated services contract that commenced in 2014. Spotless has held various roles at BlueScope since 2007, commencing catering and cleaning in 2008 and facilities management in 2009. BlueScope requested an integrated offer from Spotless in 2013 to cover hard FM, cleaning, catering and laundry services. Spotless offers cost savings benefits and innovations at the site, presenting regular client reports focusing on FM, safety, and customer feedback for all services.
GOLD COAST AIRPORT, QUEENSLAND
Since 2009, Spotless has successfully managed eight food and beverage retail outlets at Gold Coast Airport, comprising Fix Café, The Coast Café and The Coast Bar, Red Rooster, Sumo Salad, Noodle Box, Aromas café and Velluto Café.
NAB, AUSTRALIA-WIDE
Alliance provides function catering for NAB clients and customers, with events ranging from formal dinners / cocktail events to all day working lunches around Australia. Alliance operates a number of internal NAB cafes to provide barista services and breakfast and lunch menus. Spotless and NAB have been in partnership since 1996.
VIRGIN AUSTRALIA, AUSTRALIA-WIDE
Spotless provides the catering for most Virgin Australia lounges across Australia, seamlessly integrating into the airline’s everyday business. Together with snacks available throughout the day, the breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet menus change regularly to provide a superior experience for guests.
BUSINESS AND INDUSTRY
Spotless provides facility management, catering & food, cleaning, laundry &
linen and security services to more than 550 client sites with a team of nearly
4,000 staff.
POLE REINSTATEMENT & INSPECTION, AUSTRALIA-WIDE
Our propriety RFD Pole Reinstatement System™ is an environmentally friendly and lower cost alternative to pole replacement. There are two deployment options: banded or positive bolted. This innovative system can extend pole life for up to twenty years and is easily installed even in the most inaccessible of terrains.
SKILLTECH SMARTPIPETM
We have developed the Skilltech SmartPipeTM, a fully managed hydrant access service patented in-built technology. This portable innovative product takes portable hydrant management to the next level.
You can now:
• Receive real-time data (time, locations, quantities) allows for immediate verification and queries from end users.
• Access statistics for data-driven improvement, such as historical access and GPS location.
• Limit water anomalies and regulate water extraction activities with g eo-fencing technology.
• Update your field equipment at no additional cost. Field repairs, yearly maintenance and calibration checks are all included.
• Automate monthly billing (for approved users) improving cash flow.
METER READING, AUSTRALIA-WIDE
Our team visits about 275,000+ homes per day around Australia. After 25 years of reading meters, we own highly refined processes that deliver quality for our customers. Our reading services include:
• Cyclic meter reading—automatic and manual
• Meter replacements, disconnections, restrictions and reconnections
• Off cycle meter reading, special meter reading, final reads and property inspections
UTILITIES
Spotless offers network and distribution design, construction, maintenance
and our own innovative pole reinforcement product. We also provide mass
population services including metering, customer acquisition, logistics and
field operations.

RESOURCES
Spotless’ team of 2,000 staff provides village services and maintenance to
over 37 mining camps and towns.
NICKEL WEST, BHP BILLITON, KALGOORLIE, WESTERN AUSTRALIA
Spotless provides catering and cleaning for the Nickel West, BHP Billiton mine site and village, bar and retail, flights and accommodation services, facilities maintenance and commercial services for the site’s supermarket and tavern.
QGC, CHINCHILLA, QUEENSLAND
Spotless has delivered catering, retail, bar, cleaning, waste management, pest control, front of house, housekeeping and facilities maintenance services to three QGC camps.
SANTOS, QUEENSLAND
Since 2009, Spotless has provided accommodation management, catering, cleaning, laundry, security, grounds maintenance and pest control services for six Santos camps in Queensland.
MAJOR SERVICES CONTRACT, ANGLO AMERICAN, QUEENSLAND AND NEW SOUTH WALES
For the past six years across five camps and nine mines in QLD and NSW, Spotless has provided village catering and accommodation management, housekeeping, town janitorial services; mine site and equipment industrial cleaning, mine building and town housing / village maintenance, security / safety services, grounds and gardens; pest control services; transportation and airport management services.

GOVERNMENT
Spotless provides property and facilities management services to
government departments, agencies and authorities at the federal, state and
municipal level.
AUCKLAND CITY COUNCIL, NEW ZEALAND
Spotless has a long history in the provision of services to the local government sector of New Zealand, with an ability to mobilise and transition large multi-service contracts. Spotless provides full facility services to sporting grounds, open space and parks, schools and government buildings.
FACILITIES MANAGEMENT SERVICES, SOUTH AUSTRALIA
In 2014, Spotless was awarded the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure—South Australia facilities management contract following a successful re-tender. Spotless was awarded both available regions (Central and North) encompassing approximately 1,600 sites including public hospitals, correctional facilities, schools and CBD buildings. These sites are operated by 30 government agencies.
NZ CORRECTIONS, NEW ZEALAND
Spotless has delivered facilities maintenance to the New Zealand Department of Corrections since 2010. In 2013, the contract grew to include the Ministry of Justice. The contract was renewed last year for two additional years until July 2017 with an option for a further two years. Its portfolio includes the majority of prisons and correctional facilities in New Zealand including four head office buildings, 20 prisons and 50 Community Probation Services facilities.
ASSET SERVICES MAINTENANCE, NEW SOUTH WALES LAND AND HOUSING CORPORATION (LAHC)
Since 2002, Spotless has shared a long-term partnership with LAHC. Spotless delivers Asset Services maintenance for the LAHC as part of a five year contract. Under the contract, Spotless maintains over 24,000 properties, including maintenance, capital works and restoration / heritage works. The facilities management services are provided to residential properties across three regions in Central Coast New South Wales, Inner West Sydney and Illawarra.
