Mr. Sundan Seward (“Sunny”) MS, CNS is the Assistant Director of Nutritional Services at Integrated Medicine of Mount Kisco, P.C. Mr. Seward specializes in weight loss, nutrition for cardiovascular disease, energy and mental clarity.

Sunny holds a Masters Degree in Nutrition and dual certifi cations in both Clinical Nutrition and

Personal Fitness Training. Sunny provides evidence-based dietary, supplement and exercise recommendations tailored specifi cally to his patient’s health needs. “I utilize specialized testing, including body composition, blood work, and other tests to fi gure out exactly what my clients need. Chelation Therapy (CT)

The term chelation is from the Greek root word “chele,” meaning “claw.” Che-lating agents, most commonly diamine tetraacetic acid (EDTA), were originally designed for industrial applications in the early 1900s. Chelation therapy is approved for heavy metal removal. Some evidence suggests CT may improve cardiovascular health.

Herbal Therapy - Metabolically Based

Herbal medicine is a tried-and-true approach to health and disease treatment used by many cultures around the world. Dr.’s Wald and Shah use laboratory and other tests to create your personalized “metabolic map” towards identifying and targeting health needs. Hydrogen Peroxide (HP) Therapy

Granulocytes (a type of white blood cell) produce hydrogen peroxide as a de-fense against bacteria, viruses, fungi and parasites. Other cells make HP to help metabolize proteins, carbohydrate, fats, vitamins, and minerals.

Osteoporosis Screening — No Radiation!

Our method of bone density measurement uses the calcaneous - your heel bone. It is the most weight-bearing bone in the body. What’s best is that our technique uses sonogram (sound waves) and not x-ray radiation as conventional testing does, to accurately screen for loss of bone density (i.e., osteopenia and osteo-porosis).

Ultraviolet Blood Light Exposure
