update Zoning Code this year

• Vulnerability Assessment identifies inundation hazards through 2100

• GP identifies portions of City located in SLR hazard area

• GP directs City to update flood hazard management regulations to require SLR adaptation (e.g., floodproofing) for economic lifespan of new structures and substantial rehabilitation projects located in SLR hazard area

• City Attorney has expressed concern about potential legal claims if City mandates SLR mitigation
