The PSA Board enjoined all concernedgovernment instrumentalities toprovide the necessary data support tomonitor the country’s performance vis-à-vis the SDGs based on the indicatorframework that shall be determined bythe NEDA, PSA and other governmentagencies.
1. PSA Resolution No. 4 Series of 2016
Republic Act No. 10625 or the Philippine Statistical Act of 2013 mandates the Philippine Statistics Authority (PSA) to prepare, in consultation with the PSA Board, a Philippine Statistical Development Program (PSDP).

3.Executive Order No. 352 (1996)System of Designated Statistics (SDS)
“Designation of Statistical Activities That Will
Generate Critical Data for Decision-making of the
Government and the Private Sector”
Objectives
• identifies and generates the most critical and essential
statistics
• establishes priorities for data production
• identifies the sources of official statistics.
• defines the agency responsible, frequency of data
production and schedule of data dissemination.
EO 352 allows modifications of the SDS through the PSA Board.

Section 4.1.2 Timeliness follows international standards which are the General and Special DataDissemination Standards(G/SDDS) of the International Monetary Fund
