Integration flow between Ariba SLP with U-Qualify

Starting a Qualification by Ariba SLP

1- The first step is to log in to the Ariba environment of Stratesys by accessing the link:

Starting a Qualification by Ariba SLP2- Enter 'Supplier Management (Gerenciamento de Fornecedores)' and search or select a particular supplier, for example, CONFIANCA MUDANCAS E TRANSPORTES LTDA - S11517636.

4- In 'SAP Registration Information (Informações de Cadastro SAP)' click 'Edit (Editar)' and then choose the 'Stratesys Brazil' option.

Starting a Qualification by Ariba SLP5- You need to update at least some field in the supplier record, such as the 'Payments (Payments)' field. Then click ‘Submit (Enviar)'. After saving a supplier's registration, a new qualification is initiated by U-Qualify, which listens for this update on Ariba.

6- After a few minutes, refresh the supplier profile page, click 'Overview (VisãoGeral)' and then click 'ERP Profile‘.

7- The next step is to open the following sequence of tabs: 'Text' -> 'Text 1' -> 'Text Line Apis' -> 'Text Line Apis 1' and display the qualification note in 'Text Line Format Code' and the report link for that qualification in 'Text Line Text'.

8- After opening the link in a new tab, you must log in to the U-Qualify interface (if it is not already logged in to the system).

Qualification result in U-Qualify9- Once you have logged in, you can view the complete report of the qualification by analyzing the result through graphs and breakdown by category.

Qualification result in U-Qualify10- The 'Categories of qualification (Categoria de qualificação)' tab shows in detail the result of each document by category. And by clicking on the 'Download' button you can download the query voucher for such documents.
