Clearing Firms for RIAs

We have identified at least one clearing firm* that charges RIA’s just .05% to .12% to manage client funds ($50 to $120 per year on a $100,000 account.)

Becoming an RIA is not difficult (Series 65 license). We could either:

A. Create our own RIA or

B. Partner with an RIA firm

to get these low rates.

* Currently under non-disclosure.

The potential for creating or partnering with an RIA will be explored as we advance into the Space.
