Soy based Inks

This series is very similar to regular printing inks, except that it contains varying amounts of soybean oil specified by American Soybean Association.

It is developed in view of environmental friendliness.

It is available in any colour including metallic for both sheet-fed and web processes.

ADVANTAGES

This series has lower Volatile Organic Contents.

De-inking of Soy ink print is much easier in paper recycling process. This enables the recycled paper to have less fibre damages and more brightness. In other words, it is more biodegradable than any petroleum oil based ink prints.

With the Soy Seal on prints, it reflects our concern in global environmental issues.

U V Inks

Cures instantly when irradiated with UV light. It has the following characteristics.

Smooth OperationAs the ink is completely cured, there is no rubbing or staining by the guide rollers.Immediate setting of ink allows quick turnaround time.

PilingThe speed in curing on prints prevents set-offs and blocking problems.

Pearlescent Inks

Captivated the lustre of pearl into sheet-fed printing that resembles the glimmering, sparking and glittering effects you would expect from the soft, gentle lustre of pearls.

Under incident light, they reflect some of the light but transmit a large part of it. The result creates many reflections which produce an overall effect that is similar to the lustre of pearls.

Another notable feature is on iridescence in all colours of the rainbow. This iridescent colour play is solely the result of the interference of light rays.

Put simply, interference is a form of selective reflection. It is reflection. It is responsible not only for the glittering effects but also for the characteristic colour display.

Fluorescent Inks

This range of inks has been formulated for bright visible response on prints. They are matched to the shades of popular colour chart under a variety of standard light source.
