Dragi čitatelji, suradnici, prijatelji

Pred vama je 8. broj InterAdria magazina kojim uplovljavamo u još jednu nautičku sezonu.

I u ovom broju donosimo niz zanimljivosti, te se osvrćemo na postignuća koja smo ostvarili u prošloj sezoni. Niti u ovom broju najava i noviteta ne nedostaje, te vam ekskluzivno pred-stavljamo Sessa novitete: luksuzan C68 SPORT FLY , zavod-ljiv C 42 i okretni Key Largo 34 sa Yamaha joystick sustavom upravljanja. Predstavljamo i Yamahu F 200 koja će vjerujemo zadiviti mnoge.

Dio ovog broja posvetili smo aktualnoj tematici: pravilima o registraciji plovila i plovidbi u hrvatskim vodama nakon pri-stupa Europskoj Uniji. We present you 8 edition of InterAdria magazine on the be-ginning of another nautical season.

In this issue we bring you a number of interesting news and a summary of our accomplishments in past year. This issue is plenty of announcements and novelties; we present you exclusively new Sessa models: luxury C68 SPORT FLY, seducti-ve C 42 and smart Key largo 34 with Yamaha joystick control system. We present you new YAMAHA F200 that will fascinate many of you.

A part of this issue is dedicated to the rules about the regi-stration process and cruising now that Croatian Waters make part of EU. There are our safety tips, instructions about how to find good anchoring place, and a review of InterAdria ser-vices in relation to a hull maintenance.

For those addicted to real experience and addrenaline, we prepared a test of two attractive models Key Largo 27 Inbo-ard and C 48 the comfort of which managed to attract many demanding clients.

We are very happy that in unfavorable situation around us in last few years we still managed to follow our goals, to make a certain progress, to realize our ideas, and that in our attempts to implement new ideas we decidedly move forward.

Još jedna u nizu potvrda o uspješno završenom treningu djelatnika InterAdrie dolazi iz Yanmara.

U Yanmar Traning centru u Almeri, Nizozemskoj od 19. do 21. veljače 2013.g. organizirana je napredna obuka na ko-joj su predstavljene novosti u tehnologiji dizelskih motora. Među sudionicima bio je i voditelj InterAdria Servisnog centra g. Damir Dubrović koji je još jednom potvrdio da svojim spo-sobnostima i profesionalnim pristupom može odgovoriti na sve zahtjeve Yanmar standarda u servisu motora.

Education of employeesConfirmation of a successful staff training comes from Yanmar.

InterAdria SC customer service manager Mr. Damir Dubro-vić participated in Yanmar advanced training where news in diesel technology were presented. The course took place in Almere Yanmar Training Centre, Netherlands from 19 to 21 February 2013. Mr. Dubrović once again confirmed that his abilities and professional approach can meet all the require-ments of Yanmar engine service standards.

One year after the implementation of HRN EN ISO 9001:2009 Certificate, InterAdria team needed to go through another evaluation of efforts put into implementation of the system. The internal audit was performed under the professional su-pervision of the internal auditor Mrs. Izabela Lelek - Purić, who continuously trained the organization in order to implement the system in best possible way. The audit was followed by an external evaluation of the quality management system by Croatian Registry of Shipping.

The internal audit of high quality is requested if the ISO norms are to be fulfilled. The common effort of InterAdria SC Team resulted in successful implementation of the system. The re-vision of the certificate by Croatian Registry of Shipping con-firmed positive results.

The quality management system is established, and the level of the sales and representation service of new and preowned boats, nautic service, maintenance, boat storage, and nautic shop is constantly controlled. The implementation of the norm highly systematizes and facilitates the work of the entire orga-nization, influences the goals efficently, and the fulfillment of these goals can be measured now which results in the con-stant progress.

Godinu dana nakon uvođenja certifikata HRN EN ISO 9001:2009 InterAdria team morao je proći kroz još jednu validaciju svo-ga rada u implementaciji standarda u svom poslovanju. Pod stručnim vodstvom unutarnje prosuditeljice gđe. Izabele Lelek - Purić, koja je čitavu organizaciju kontinuiranim radom trenirala kako bi se sustav upravljanja kvalitetom u potpunosti implementirao u radnu zajednicu, proveden je interni audit, te potom i vanjsko vrednovanje sustava od strane Hrvatskog regi-stra brodova pod čijim je okriljem ISO sustav i uveden.

Kvalitetno proveden interni audit nužan je preduvjet udovolja-vanja zahtjeva ISO norme. InterAdria SC je trudom svojih zapo-slenika uspješno implementirala sustav u svoju organizacijsku jedinicu što je potvrdila i revizija certifikata od strane HRB-a.

Sustav upravljanja kvalitete je postignut, te se konstantno nad-zire nivo kvalitete usluga u područjima prodaje i zastupstva no-vih i rabljenih plovila, nautičkom servisu, održavanju, čuvanju plovila i trgovini nautičke opreme. Uvođenje ove norme uve-like sistematizira i olakšava rad same organizacije, učinkovito djeluje na naše ciljeve, a njihovo postizanje odražava se kroz mjerljive rezultate što pridonosi konstantnom napretku.

OSIGURANJE / INSURANCE

Bilo da se radi o turističkom ili poslovnom putovanju u ino-zemstvo, zbog vrlo povoljne premije i onog što zauzvrat pruža ugovaranje police putnog zdravstvenog osiguranje je sve po-pularnije.

Osnovni paket kreće se već od 16 kn dnevno, a za djecu još 50% povoljnije.

Putno osiguranje pokriva troškove nužnog liječničkog tretma-na, lijekova i medicinskih potrepština, medicinska pomagala, kliničko liječenje, troškove prijevoza do najbližeg liječnika, troš-kove operacije, te stomatološki tretman u svrhu oslobađanja od akutne zubobolje do iznosa od 150 eura.

Allianz Zagreb d.d. u suradnji s tvrtkom ELVIA omogućuje vam ugovaranje zdravstvene usluge na pet kontinenata. Usluga u inozemstvu je brza i kvalitetna, u hitnim slu-čajevima na raspolaganju je SOS telefon s 24- satnim dežurstvom na hrvatskom jeziku.

Ako ste sami podmirili neke troškove zdrav-stvenog osiguranja, po povratku u Hrvatsku ispunite prijavu štete, priložite dokumentaci-ju i zatražite naknadu po ugovorenoj polici.

Za osobe koje tijekom godine često putuju u inozemstvo u ponudi je godišnja polica put-nog osiguranja koja vrijedi za neograničeni broj putovanja u inozemstvo tijekom godine, pod uvjetom da pojedino putovanje ne traje dulje od 28 dana.

Moguće je ugovoriti i osiguranje prtljage koje pokriva gubitak, oštećenje i uništenje prtljage zbog kaznenog djela, nezgode prijevoznog sredstva, požara i elementarnih nepogoda.

In case you pay settle the costs of trea-tement, you can later submit the claim form and request the reimbursement.

For people who travel abroad frequ-ently yearly travel insurance policy might be an option. It covers unlimited number of trips up to 28 days each.

Luggage can also be covered for the event of loss, damage, ruin as a con-sequence of crimila activity, transpor-tation accident, fire and natural disa-sters.

For the foreign tourists who visit Croa-tia Allianz offers health insurance, per-sonal accident insurance and luggage insurance.

Kako je blues došao u KastavKad je krajem ožujka 2007. godine američki blues glazbenik Philadelphia Jerry Ricks prvi put došao u Kastav nije ni znao da će postati i zauvijek ostati povezani upravo kroz blues. U nje-govu čast organiziran je prvi memorijalni Kastav Blues Festival koji je postao najveći i najznačajniji hrvatski blues festival, a ove godine održao se već šesti put. Od 1. do 5. kolovoza 2013.g. u Čavlima, Matuljima, Kastvu, Viškovu i Kraljevici, brojnoj doma-ćoj i inozemnoj publici predstavila su se velika imena svjetske blues scene: King King (UK), Woody Mann, Adrian Byron Burns (US), Fake Orchestra, Igor Leonardi Power Trio feat. Ana Vipotnik (SI), Crossroads Blues Band (MK), Robi Zonca Band feat. Sabrina Kabua (IT), Hal, Damir Kukuruzović Trio (HR).

Osim koncerata, Kastav Blues Festival tradicionalno sačinjava-ju likovne izložbe i umjetničke radionice, a u sklopu popratnih festivalskih aktivnosti i ove godine predstavio se je edukacijski program u vidu glazbene radionice. Istu je vodio eminentni svjetski glazbenik i predavač Michael Messer, što je svim pola-znicima omogućilo stjecanje novih znanja.

Kastav Blues podržala je ove godine i InterAdria SC koja s nestr-pljenjem očekuje novo izdanje i novo druženje uz melodične zvukove bluesa.

How blues was brought to KastavEnd of March 2007 when American blues musician Philadelp-hia Jerry Ricks visited Kastav for the first time, he could not have even imagined to become and stay so connected with the town through blues. First Kastav Blues Festival which became the biggest and the most important blues festival in Croatia, was organized in his honour, and this year had its sixth edition. From 1 to 5 August 2013 in Čavle, Matulji, Kastav, Viškovo and Kraljevica world famous blues artists King King (UK), Woody Mann, Adrian Byron Burns (US), Fake Orchestra, Igor Leonardi Power Trio feat. Ana Vipotnik (SI), Crossroads Blues Band (MK), Robi Zonca Band feat. Sabrina Kabua (IT), Hal, Damir Kukuru-zović Trio (HR) presented themselves to Croatian and foreign audience.

Kastav Blues Festival consists not only of the concerts, but also of the traditional art exhibitions and workshop. Thus during the festival there was a music workshop led by the world famous musician and lecturer Michael Messer, where the attendants could have absorbed new skills.

This year InterAdria SC supported Kastav Blues and became attracted to the blues melody.

Uzbudljiva sezonaNautička sezona �01� / �01� lagano je za nama stoga vam donosimo rezime sajamskih događanja na kojima su Sessa Marine i InterAdria SC predstavili svoje adute.

Europski sajmovi nautike bez sumnje su najljepši izlog u svi-jet luksuznih plovila. Tako je Cannes Boat Show u rujnu 2012. pokazao svoje pravo blještavo lice i otvorio najave za novu nautičku sezonu. Tvornica Sessa Marine je izabrala ovu pri-godu kao idealno mjesto prezentacije noviteta i atraktivnih postojećih modela. Kompaktni novitet F 40 u Cannesu je po prvi puta predstavljen u moru. Nakon prezentacije Key Larga 27 Inboard, logičan slijed bio je i njegov nasljednik „mlađi“ brat Key Largo 24 Inboard kojeg je s nestrpljenjem očekivala publika. Malo kompaktno plovilo prikladno i za višednevna krstarenja pokazalo se kao odličan odabir.

Krajem listopada u marini Kornati, Biograd na moru, održa-no je 14. izdanje Biograd Boat Show-a na kojem je InterAdria predstavila zanimljive modele: S 26, Key Largo 26 i po prvi puta na sajmu u Hrvatskoj izložila plovilo C 32.

Unatoč lošem vremenu manifestacija je obranila svoje značaj-no mjesto na karti sajamskih manifestacija Jadrana i pokazala se kao jedno od najuspješnijih događanja među nautičkim sajmovima u sezoni 2012 / 13.

Nakon kratke novogodišnje stanke, Sessa Marine je otvorila novi ciklus prezentacija gamme u Europi i nakon nekolikog godina pauze, krajem siječnja 2013., predstavila svoje adute linija Fly i Key Largo na sajmu nautike u Dusseldorfu.

Odmah po njegovu završetku InterAdria se okrenula pripre-mama za Zagrebački sajam nautike 2013. koji je ove godine promijenio svoj uobičajeni termin i održao se sredinom velja-če udruživši se sajmom turizma i gastronomije što se poka-zalo vrlo dobrom odlukom. InterAdria je na svojoj već dobro poznatoj lokaciji u paviljonu 8A predstavila atraktivne Sessa modele za plovidbu Jadranom: izniman Key Largo 20 i kom-foran Key Largo 26, te u suradnji sa Yamaha Teamom sudjelo-vala u prezentaciji Yamaha asortimana.

Exciting seasonSlowly leaving behind the nautical season �01� / �01� we are presenting you a review of the boat show events where Sessa Marine and InterAdria SC presented their trump-cards.

European boat shows offer the most beautiful view into the world of luxury vessels. In September 2012 Cannes Boat Show glittered in its splendour and announced new nauti-cal season. Sessa Marine chose this event as an ideal place to present both the novelties and most attractive models. In Cannes, F 40 was for the first time presented in water. After the introduction of Key Largo 27 Inboard, Key Largo 24 In-board was presented to the eager audience. Small compact vessel that can be used for longer cruising became an excel-lent choice.

End of October marina Kornati, Biograd na moru, hosted 14th edition of Biograd Boat Show where InterAdria presented most interesting models S 26, Key Largo 26 and for the first time in Croatia - C 32.

In spite of bad weather conditions, the event justified its high position on the Adriatic boat show list and became one of the most successful boat show events of the season 2012 / 2013.

After short break, Sessa Marine started new presentation cy-clus of the gamma in Europe, and after several years of pause presented its Fly and Key Largo line on Dusseldorf Boat Show, end of January 2013.

After Dusseldorf, InterAdria started with preparations for Za-greb Boat Show 2013 which occurred earlier than usual in order to match the term with CroTour and Gastronomy Fair, which was really good decision. Presenting Yamaha assort-ment in cooperation with Yamaha Team, on its well known location in Hall 8A, InterAdria presented eye-catching Sessa Models Key Largo 20 and comfortable Key Largo 26.

Established by Camillo Braga, father of Raffaella Radice, and still now totally controlled by the Radice family, Sessa Marine has joined its own philosophy of running a typical family compa-ny with the dealing and care for management suitable to big companies.

Due to sudden death of Mr. Roberto Radice, president of the Sessa Marine Holding the new administrative structure was presented.

Ms. Raffaella Radice took all responsibility as the general ma-nager.Francesca Radice becomes a president of Sessa Marine.Mr. Massimo Radice stays on the position of President of the Sessa Marine Brazil, and Mr. Riccardo Radice president of Sessa Marine America with the position of general marketing and sa-les director of Sessa Marine.

The family company philosophy is mirrored into the ethical ma-nagement of Sessa Marine, in the care for future development and coaching of human resources.

Generally speaking, an enthusiasm with which employees and partners develop, produce and sell each day a unique product, distinguished for its quality, style and design. Solidity, innovati-on and continuity: these are the values which have permeated through three generations which have been leading the com-pany, always looking at excellence and challenge coming from the most prestigious shipyards in the world.

Nova struktura upraveSessa Marine koju je osnovao Camillo Braga, otac Raffaelle Ra-dice, i kojom još i danas obitelj Radice u potpunosti upravlja, slijedi svoju filozofiju upravljanja tipičnom obiteljskom kom-panijom na način na koji to rade velike kompanije.

Nakon što je g. Roberto Radice, predsjednik Sessa Marine Holdinga, iznenada preminuo, predstavljena je nova struktu-ra uprave. Gđa. The new flagship of Sessa Marine, the SPORT FLY 68 feet will be officially unveiled at the beginning of 2014. A new yacht concept characterized by a distinctive style, strong persona-lity, coming from an international experience gained over the years, and the evolution of the multi-awarded C68 that allowed Sessa Marine to step into big yacht segment several seasons ago.

Testirali smo jedan od izrazito uspješ-nih modela Key Largo 27 Inboard koji ljubiteljima adrenalina pruža potpuno nov doživljaj plovidbe.

Optimalna i funkcionalna iskoristivost prostora s brojnim mo-gućnostima, visoka kvaliteta, sigurnost, snaga i elegancija ka-rakteristike su ovog iznimnog plovila.

Testirano plovilo opremljeno je unutarnjim motorom Volvo Penta 5.7 GXi 320 ks i postiže maksimalnu brzinu od 37,5 čvorova pri 4900 okretaja, dok ugodna putna brzina iznosi optimalnih 25 čvorova pri 3500 okretaja. Zahvaljujući auto-matskom trimu i hidrauličnim flapovima plovilo se pokazalo iznimno uravnoteženo, stabilno, a istovremeno i poletno , te u potpunosti ispunjava sva očekivanja.

Sessa Marine in its continuous improvement and fulfilment of needs and desires of the clients, always moves forward offering optimal combination of functionality, aesthetics and great per-formance. We tested an extremely successful model Key Largo 27 Inboard, a boat that enables new experience of navigation to all adrenalin freaks.

Optimal and functional usage of space with a number of pos-sibilities, high quality, safety, power and elegance are the main features of this vessel.

Test was made on the boat with an inboard Volvo Penta 5.7 GXi 320 HP that can reach maximum speed of 37,5 knots at 4900 rpm, with the cruising speed of 25 knots at 3500 rpm. The auto-matic trim and hydraulic flaps enable great balance and stabil-ity of the boat, but the agility of the boat fulfils all expectation.

The model comprehends outstanding maritime skills, lively spirit, extraordinary stability and comfort, and can be easily adapted to the requirements of the clients, whether they refer prefer fast adrenalin rides or easy sunbathing cruising.

The installation of new inboard drive influenced the organiza-tion of the elements in the cockpit and at stern. The space is now larger offering a number of variations, options and com-binations.

Novelties can be also seen on the steering board - console, which offers new organization of device control in line with new steering system, and complete steering control.

Both seats are ergonomically designed, and on the boat we tested the seats can be rotated 90 degrees and more. Rota-tion of the seats, installation of the teak table and large “L” sofa create beautiful galley. “L” sofa can also be connected to the rear area in order to get extra space for the sunbathing.

Testirali smo iznimno i vrlo atraktivno plovilo C 4� koje je svojom prostranošću i komforom osvojilo simpatije naj-zahtjevnijih i najizbirljivijih nautičara.

Ovaj šarmantan model ističe se inovativnom i prostranom krmenom platformom sa hidrauličnim sustavom upravljanja na koju se može smjestiti tender dužine 2.80 m, kojem je kada se trajno skladišti namijenjeno posebno prostrano spre-mište na krmi.

Interijer plovila je podijeljen u 3 glavna prostora: prostranu vlasničku kabinu u kojoj se po potrebi bračni krevet može pretvoriti u 2 odvojena kreveta sa privatnom kupaonicom, gostinjsku kabinu koja nimalo ne zaostaje za komforom vla-sničke sa posebnim ulazom u kupaonicu, i prostranog salona s kuhinjom. The level of noise and vibration insulation is high, the engines can barely be heard and vibrations cannot be felt at all. On the open sea the yacht can reach 25 knots in only 13 seconds, and 34 knots can be reached at 3450 rpm.

Fiberglass boat hull repair and maintenanceInterAdria SC is among few companies certified by Croatian Registry of Shipping for the repair of boats and yachts made of fiber with thermoactive resin.

The Certificate confirms efforts of the company and its pro-fessional approach in the segment of maintenance and re-pair of the boat hull, but also requires high specialisation level of the employees.

InterAdria SC Service Center performs continuous control of the boat hull, at least twice a year. Majority of systems on the vessel can be maintained while the vessel is still in water; however, maintenance of the underwater part of the vessel cannot be performed until the vessel is lifted. Every step of maintenance and repair is done according to the strict stand-ards and instructions of the producer.

Skilled employees will cope with the most complex damages on the gelcoat, remove or redefine it, and perform finishing until they achieve completely shiny surface.

Djelatnici pristupaju procesu poliranja plovila individualizira-nim pristupom ovisno o oštećenju . Manja površinska ošte-ćenja gelcoata, kao i gelcoat matiran pod utjecajem sunca obrađuje se finom površinskom obradom, dok se kod većih oštećenja gelcoata proces poliranja izvodi slojevito i zahtije-va znatno profesionalniji i kompleksniji pristup. U pripremnoj sezoni za plovidbu poliraju se nova i starija plovila različitim polirnim sredstvima ovisno o samom stanju gelcoata.

Zaštitaodosmozeiizradaantifoulinga(antivegetativnogpremaza)

Jedan od najvećih problema u kvaliteti i stanju trupa je pro-blem osmoze. Osmoza je kemijski proces promjena unutar sastava stakloplastičnog trupa uslijed kontakta s vodom. Glavni i jedini uzrok nastajanja osmoze je zaostala voda u procesu proizvodnje trupa. Mjehurići su najčešći upozorava-jući znakovi, veličina im varira od nekoliko mm do 10-tak cm, ispunjeni su vodom opora i kiselkastog mirisa. Najbolja zašti-tita od osmoze je preventivne naravi, stoga su za njezino spr-ječavanje iznimno važni redoviti pregledi podvodnog dijela plovila i njegovo održavanje. Osmoza i dotrajalost površine predstavljaju veliki problem u degradaciji navigacijskih spo-sobnosti zbog povećanja otpora trenja u plovidbi.

During period when the boats are be-ing prepared for use, new and older boats are treated with different polishing substances, depending of the gelcoat condition.

Preventionofosmosisandantifouling

One of the major problems of the quality and condition of the hull is the osmosis. Osmosis is a chemical process which causes changes in the composition of the fiberglass boat hull due to the contact with water. What causes osmosis are water that remains from the production process. The bub-bles are most common signs of warning, their size can vary from few millimeters to several centimeters. They are filled with water of repellent and acid smell. Prevention consists of regular control and maintenance of the underwater part of the vessel. Osmosis and worn-out state of the surface sig-nificantly deteriorate navigational abilities due to the higher friction resistance.

Two versions of the new F200 are available - the F200F, with a regular mechanical shift and throttle, and the F200G, with an electronically-controlled, drive-by-wire shift and throttle. Death enemies of your boat - dirt, seaweeds and especi-ally water - are watching!One of the most important things to keep the engine in good shape is a regular maintenance. Substitution of oil and filer, and other regular check-up are important, but do not forget to treat the fuel supply system. Why?As per the Directive 2003/30/EZ, since 2010 in Croatia and Europe there is an addition of 5-7% biogenic fuels in Eurosuper ori Eurodiesel (with the intention of increase up to 20% by 2020!).The adition of biogenic elements to the fuel causes the carbon deposits, rust and seaweeds in fuel injection systems. This can cause serious malfunctions and expensive defects despite the quality of Eurosuper (EN 228) or Eurodiesel (EN 590) which is within the DIN standards.Whatistobedone? The solution of the problem lies in highquality Datacol additives for petrol and diesel engines!When loading the fuel tank during service, Datacol additive should be added in prescribed ratio. As the fuel is spent, Datacol will clean the tanks and injection system, remove the con-densate (water) and oil the pump and injectors. This will reduce the fuel consumption and the possiblity of damage! A number of experiments proved high efficiency of Datacol additives!We suggest you to always have some Datacol additive during navigation in case you load the fuel of poor quality somewhere along the Adriatic coast! What is also very important is to protect the fuel in tank during winter with Datacol additive in order to evade potential unwanted and expensive consequences! Day After 01. srpnja 2013.Mnogi su sa strahom očekivali radikalne promjene nakon 01.0�.�01�.g. te su tražili ili nove luke izvan RH ili su koristili pogodnost plaćanja PDV u visini od �% do �1.0�.�01�.

Promjene koje su nastupile ukratko se odnose na činjenicu da svako plovilo mora biti negdje oporezivo. Izuzetak su gra-đani izvan EU koji mogu i nadalje pod istim uvjetima koristiti plovilo kao i do sada temeljem Konvencije o privremenom uvozu ( Anex C).

Mnogi domaći propisi iz područja pomorstva su se malo ili nikako mijenjali jer su već prilikom zadnjih izmjena bili su-kladni sa pravnom legislativom EU. Radikalne promjene su nastupile samo u carinskom i poreznom pravu u odnosu na plovila stranih zastava.

Osnovno je da:

1) Brodice i jahte hrvatske državne pripadnosti mogu ploviti ako imaju svjedodžbu za dozvolu za plovidbu (plo-

The changes that occurred refer briefly to the fact that each boat must be taxed somewhere. However, there is an excepti-on which refers to the persons outside EU who may continue to use their boats under the same conditions as before i.e. un-der the provisions of the Convention on Temporary Admission (Annex C).

A lot of national regulations applied in the sphere of maritime affairs have been either slightly amended or not at all beca-use at the time of their recent amendments they have been already brought into conformity with the EU legislative. Radical changes occurred only in customs and tax law in case of ve-ssels registered under foreign flags.

(2) Strana brodica i jahta može ploviti u unutarnjim mor-skim vodama i teritorijalnom moru Republike Hrvatske ako udovoljava uvjetima kao i domaće plovilo, te ako njo-me upravlja ili zapovijeda osoba koja je sukladno propisi-ma države čiju zastavu vije osposobljena za zapovijeda-nje. Osim toga, takvo plovilo mora imati vinjetu i plaćenu boravišnu taksu za posadu.

Dakle, to su obveze korisnika plovila bez obzira na zastavu i porezni status. Vrijedi za sve.

Od 01.07.2013. status domaćih plovila ostaje isti dok kod sta-tusa plovila pod stranom zastavom nailazimo na razlike.

Za sada je potrebno za strano plovilo i dalje kupovati vinjetu. Ali ona sada predstavlja prvenstveno taksu za korištenje navi-gacijskih oznaka i održavanje plovnih puteva. Iako je Jadran postao jedna carinska zona to ne znači da je to dio šengen-skih granica. Zbog toga prilikom isplovljavanja ili uplovljava-nja u vode Italije, Slovenije, Crne Gore ili Grčke mora se pro-vesti postupak granične kontrole. Crew lista ostaje i dalje na snazi ukoliko se novim Pravilnikom ne promijeni. Naime, crew lista služi i kao sigurnost da se plovila koja su sada slobodna u korištenju, ne koriste za charter. Zbog toga, a kako se roba na jedinstvenom tržištu EU mora tretirati jednako, ako crew lista ostane za plovila pod stranom zastavom, tada bi treba-lo uvesti crew listu i za plovila pod hrvatskom zastavom. U nekim neformalnim razgovorima sam obaviješten da će se uvesti naplata boravišnih taksi i plovilima hrvatske državne pripadnosti.

Ako je na plovilo plaćen EU-PDV u nekoj od zemlja članica EU, tada vlasnik ili korisnik plovila nesmetano plovi sve do isteka privremenog uvoza. Nakon toga će i dalje nastaviti ploviti pod dosadašnjom zastavom ili se upisati u hrvatski brodski registar.

Zakonom o PDV-u je uveden izuzetak za plovila koja su regi-strirana u brodskom registru članice EU, nemaju plaćen PDV u matičnoj zemlji u skladu sa tamošnjim propisima, ali se nalaze

1) The boats registered under the Croatian flag must have seaworthy permits and their skippers must possess valid certificates qualifying them for the operation of such boats. It is important to stress that aboard a boat or yacht inten-ded for private purposes, during sailing, there must be its owner, members of his immediate family or a person aut-horized by written and attested power of attorney.

2) Foreign boats or yachts may sail in the inland sea waters and territorial sea of the Republic of Croatia if they meet the conditions set for the national boats and if they are opera-ted by a person who has been properly qualified under the regulations of the country of the boat’s flag for the operati-on of such boat. Also, such boat must have vignette and its crew must pay sojourn taxes.

Therefore, these are the obligations of the boat’s user regardle-ss of a flag or tax status. It is applied to everyone.

From 1 July 2013, the status of domestic boats will remain un-changed while the one of those registered under a foreign flag will undergo changes.

For now, it is still necessary to buy a vignette for a foreign boat. The vignette represents first of all the fee imposed for the use of navigation signs and maintenance of waterways. Although the Adriatic Sea has become unique customs zone it does not mean that it is the part of the Schengen area. Because of that, when sailing to or from Italy, Slovenia, Montenegro or Greece, the procedure of border control must be applied. Crew lists re-main still on force unless changed by a new rule book. Namely, a crew list serves in terms of security that boats now being free for use are not used for charter. Because of that, as the goods on the unique EU market must be equally treated, if a crew list remains obligatory for the boats registered under foreign flags, such obligation should be introduced also for the boats registered under the Croatian flag. Through some unofficial contacts I have been informed that the sojourn taxes will be introduced also for the Croatian boats.

If EU VAT has been paid for a boat in any EU member state, owners or users of such boats may freely sail until the expirati-on of temporary admission status. After that, they will be able either to continue to have the same flag or opt for the registra-tion with the Croatian Register of Ships.

a) Američka ili druga zastava izvan EU - Izvod iz nadlež-nog registra, važeća vinjeta, crew lista, plaćena boravišna taksa; korisnik plovila mora biti sa prebivalištem izvan EU najmanje 183 dana. Privremeni uvoz vrijedi 18 mjeseci od prvog ulaska koji je pokriven sa vinjetom;

b) EU zastava , plaćen EU-PDV - Izvod iz nadležnog brod-skog registra,važeća vinjeta i plaćena boravišna taksa;

c) EU zastava, nije plaćen EU PDV, do 8 godina u upotrebi od 01.07.13.- slobodno korištenje do kraja valjanosti vinje-te, a onda se plovilo mora ocariniti u RH ili odvesti u neku treću zemlju;

d) EU zastava, nije plaćen EU PDV, više 8 godina u upotrebi od 01.07.13. – nakon isteka vinjete smatra se da je plovilo ocarinjeno i na plovilo se ne plaća niti carina niti PDV.

Mnogi su sa strahom očekivali radikalne promjene u korište-nju svojih plovila. Promjene su samo utoliko što svako plovilo mora biti negdje oporezivo osim ako ga ne koristi građanin izvan EU i pripada brodskom registru izvan EU. Ljeto je po-čelo, day after je prošao, okrenimo se plovljenju i uživajmo u ljepotama Jadrana. Jadran bez granica – doslovno.

By the VAT law the exception has been introduced for the bo-ats registered in a register of ships in some EU member state and for which VAT has not been paid in such a state under its regulations but have been in service for more than eight years before 1 July 2013. For such boats it is regarded that the cu-stoms duties and taxes have been paid and thus they are not liable to any further VAT or customs duty.

Taking into consideration present applicable regulations, I wo-uld draw your attention to the principal documents required:

a) US or other non-EU flag – excerpt from the competent register, valid vignette, crew list, sojourn taxes paid; a user of the boat must reside out of EU for at least 183 days; tem-porary admission is valid for 18 months from the first entry covered by a vignette;

b) EU flag, paid EU VAT – excerpt from the competent regi-ster, valid vignette and sojourn taxes paid;

c) EU flag, EU VAT not paid for the boat in service for less than 8 years before 1 July 2013 – free use until the validity of a vignette; upon that the boat must be cleared through customs in Croatia or moved to another third country;

d) EU flag, EU VAT not paid for the boat in service for more than 8 years before 1 July 2013 – following the expiration of a vignette it shall be regarded that the boat has cleared through customs and no customs duty or VAT shall be paid for such boat.

A lot of people waited with fear for the radical changes to be implemented in respect of their boats. Such changes are reflected only to the extent that every boat must be taxed somewhere unless it is used by a person outside EU and it is registered with the non-EU register of ships. The summer has begun, the day after has passed, so let’s move toward sailing and delights of the Adriatic Sea. The Adriatic Sea is now literally without borders.

Srž nautike jest svakako plovidba, krstarenje, otkrivanje ljepota beskrajnog plavetnila i čari tisuća otoka i uvala.

Kako bi ona zaista bila sigurna, te predstavljala potpuno zado-voljstvo, donosimo vam nekoliko savjeta na koje treba obratiti pažnju.

Svi odgovorni vlasnici plovila i skiperi trebali bi provjeriti sigur-nosno stanje plovila i opreme prije upuštanja u morske avan-ture.

Također obavezno treba provjeriti valjanost plovidbene do-zvole, police osiguranja plovila, te ih po potrebi ažurirati. Uvijek valja imati na umu da je za upravljanje plovilom potrebno po-sjedovati pravovaljanu dozvolu.

Prije samog isplovljavanja iz luke neophodno je svaki puta izno-va izvršiti vizualnu kontrolu sveukupnog stanja plovila, motora i opreme.

Prije kretanja važno je upoznati barem jednog suputnika o paljenju, gašenju i upravljanju motorom kako bi se u slučaju nužde moglo pravilno reagirati.

Također valja se pridržavati uputa proizvođača o rukovanju mo-tornim pogonom kako bi se izbjegle neugodnosti i kvarovi.

Voditelj plovila – skiper se mora u potpunosti posvetiti uprav-ljanju plovilom i nadzoru plovidbe. On mora imati nesmetanu preglednost posebno prema naprijed. Putnici i teret ne smiju

Boat owners and skippers should check the security status of vessels and the equipment before sailing. It is very important to check the validity of the navigation license, vessels insur-ance, and update them as necessary.

If you want to drive the boat, be sure you have a legitimate sail-ing license valid in you want to sail.

Each time you are going to leave marina with your boat, it is necessary to visually inspect the overall condition of the ves-sel as well as to check the condition of engine and addition-al equipment installed on boat. It is also important to check whether all the safety equipment is placed on board.

Very important thing is to instruct at least one crew member how to maneuvre the propulsion system in case of emergen-cy. Also, manufacturer’s instructions about the handling of the motor drive should be followed in order to avoid failures and injuries.

Skippers must be fully focused on navigation and the overall control. They must have unobstructed visibility. Passengers and cargo must not compromise visibility while the boat is moving.

Osobe koje se nalaze u vodi vrlo teško mogu pravodobno izbjeći nalet plovila koje ide prema njima, čak i u slučajevima kad se plovilo kreće smanjenom brzinom. Zbog toga je po-trebno obratiti posebnu pažnju na mjesta gdje postoji moguć-nost da se u vodi nalaze kupači. Potrebno je smanjiti brzinu pri prolasku takvim mjestima.

Skiper mora isključiti motor čim primijeti da se u blizini nalaze osobe koje bi mogle biti ozlijeđene rotirajućim propelerom, trupom broda ili bilo kojim drugim tvrdim dijelom plovila koje se kreće. Uvijek sve nesreće valja prijaviti nadležnom tijelu.

Osim brige za sigurnost plovidbe, valja obratiti pažnju i na bri-gu za okoliš.

Hrvatska obala i more su medu najčišćim i najbolje očuvanima na svijetu, te se valja pobrinuti da takvi i ostanu. Svaki pojedi-nac može učiniti malu gestu kako bi tome pripomogao. Ne ba-cajući smeće u more ili uz obalu, ne ispuštajući otpadne vode i otrovne tvari (ulje, boja, korištene baterije,sredstva za čišće-nje) u more , već primjerenim odlaganjem na za to predviđena mjesta u marinama čine se ustupci prirodi. Da ne spominjemo kako je svaki nautičar dužan štititi morsku floru i faunu, prijaviti svako uočeno onečišćenje, izbjegavati oštećenja morskog dna, te poštivati zaštićena područja.

Therefore, it is necessary to pay special attention to the maneu-vering of the vessel while passing near beaches. Speed of the boat must be reduced to the minimum.

In case skipper notice that swimmers may be near the boat, engines must be switched off immediately, to avoid injuries from the rotating propeller, hull or any other parts of a vessel in movement.

All accidents on the sea must be reported to the authorities, as soon as noticed.

Despite care for the safety for crew and boat, attention should be paid to the environment. Croatian coast and sea are among the cleanest and best preserved in the world. We all should do our best to keep it that way. Every individual can make a small gesture for nature by not throw garbage into the sea or along the coast, not release toilet water, poisonous or toxic waste (oil, paint, used batteries, cleaning agents) in the sea. This waste should be placed in special containers in marinas.

Not to mention that every sailor is obligated to protect marine flora and fauna and report any observed pollution, avoid dam-age of the seabed, and to respect protected areas.

Cres - gradić prožet povijesnim naslijeđem, životima ljudi i skladom prirodeGradić Cres, najveće je mjesto na otoku i administrativno je središte istoimenog otoka. Smjestio se na sjeveroistočnom dijelu prostranog i odlično zaklonjenog zaljeva koji je još od davnina služio kao dobar zaklon od nevremena. Zbog povolj-nog položaja i zaklona od vjetra južno od grada izgrađena je suvremena marina s brojnim vezovima. Zaljev obiluje prostra-nim lijepim kupališnim prostorima – prve plaže su udaljene samo nekoliko minuta pješice od centra grada. Takav smještaj je kroz povijest omogućio razvoj ribarstva, pomorstva i bro-dogradnje. Plodna zemlja koja okružuje grad, omogućuje rast maslina koje svake godine daju plodove od kojih se proizvodi poznato cresko maslinovo ulje.

Grad ćete najbolje doživjeti prolazeći kroz brojne uličice stare gradske jezgre. Uske i visoke kuće koje se naslanjaju jedna na drugu te uske uličice koje u labirintu vijugaju kroz staru jezgru tipičan su primjer srednjovjekovnog graditeljstva. Grbovi na pročeljima i pragovima kuća govore o nekadašnjem načinu života stanovnika – ribara, težaka, kovača i drugih. Stara jez-gra je u prošlosti bila opasana zidinama, a u grad se ulazilo kroz jedna od triju vrata tj. ulaza u grad. Od zidina je sačuvana obrambena kula na sjeverozapadnom dijelu grada te grad-ska vrata koja ćete vidjeti prošećete li gradskim perivojem. U sredini grada je gradski trg koji je u prošlosti, a i danas centar svih zbivanja u gradu. Na trgu se nalazi i gradska loža gdje su se u prošlosti čitali proglasi, sklapali ugovori, gdje se trgova-lo i veselilo. Ako se ujutro nađete na gradskom trgu, vidjet ćete Cresanke i Cresane kako ispod lože prodaju svoje pro-izvode; voće i povrće, maslinovo ulje, med i druge otočne proizvode.

Cres - town infused with historic heritage, people’s lives and the harmony of natureThe city of Cres is the biggest town on the island of Cres and its administrative centre. It is located in the north-eastern part of a wide snug bay which from ancient times served as a good shelter from storms. Thanks to its good position a modern marina with numerous berths was built to the south of the town. The bay is filled with nice bathing areas – the first beaches are only a few minutes away by walk from the city centre. Such a position lends itself to developing fishery, seafaring and shipbuilding through the centuries. The city is surrounded with fertile land which allows olive growing from which famous olive oil from Cres is made.

The best way to fell the city is to take a walk through numero-us small streets in the old city centre. Narrow and high small houses attaching to each other and streets winding in a maze through the old city centre are a typical example of medieval architecture. Emblems on the house fronts and doorsteps spe-ak volumes about the former ways of life – those of fishermen, farmers, blacksmiths and others. In the past the old city centre was walled and one entered the city through one out of three gates i.e. entrances to the town. Only a defence tower in the north-western part and a city gate, which could be seen if you take a walk through the town park, have been preserved. In the city centre there is a town square that has been a centre of all happenings in the city both in the past and today.

In the square there is a Municipal Loggia where in the past declarations were read, agreements were made, where peo-ple made business and had fun. If you happen to find yourself in the square in the morning, you may see women and men from Cres selling their products such as fruits and vegetables, olive oil, honey and other island products under the Loggia.

Danas je Cres okrenut razvoju turizma, čiji počeci sežu u da-leku 1845. godinu, što ga čini drugim mjestom s najdužom turističkom tradicijom na Jadranu. Kvarner je destinacija čiji se gosti vraćaju ponovno i ponovno. Još daleke 1844. godine počinje povijest Hrvatskog turizma u Opatiji gradnjom vile Angioline te uskoro zatim i gradnjom prvog hotela, hotela „Kvarner“. Paralelno s turističkom afirmacijom Opatijske rivije-re, teče i razvoj turizma u ostatku regije. I to prvo na otocima. Today Cres is aimed at developing tourism the beginnings of which reach the far 1845 which; thus, Cres takes the second place with the longest tourism tradition in the Adriatic. Kvar-ner is a destination to which guests come back over and over again. In the far 1845 Villa Angiolina and shortly after the first hotel – Kvarner Hotel were built and this year is considered the dawn of Croatian tourism. Along with the affirmation of Opatija Riviera, the rest of the region and primarily the islan-ds followed this tourist development. Already in June 1845 some two hundred tourists arrived from Rijeka to Cres by ste-amship. The first hotel in Cres “Miramar” was opened in Cres at the end of the nineteenth century which is considered to be the very beginning of tourism on Cres after which Cres continued to develop and boost tourism step by step.

Thanks to its nuanced tourist offer of gastronomy, events and both cultural and historic landmarks Cres can surely be inclu-ded in the very top of Croatian tourism.

OKUSI MEDITERANA / FLAVOURS OF MEDITERRANEAN

Maslina - mitska mediteranska biljka duge povijesti čiji su plod, ulje i list stoljećima korišteni u prehrambene i ljekovite svrhe. Smatra se čudesnom biljkom koja se spominje još u Bibliji i grčkoj mitologiji. Dugovječnost, otpornost i ljepota – sve je to sažeto u plodu masline.

Masline su plodovi zimzelenog drveta Olea europaea L., koje raste na čitavom području kako Mediterana, tako i hrvatskog primorja i Dalmacije. Prva stabla maslina kultivirana su još u prapovijesno doba, 4000 godina prije Krista na području sred-nje Azije. Maslinova stabla zasađena su i na istočnome Sredo-zemlju, gdje je proizvodnja maslinova ulja počela 2000 godina prije Krista.

Plodovi maslina imaju mesnato usplođe puno ulja. Maslinovo ulje dobiva se postupkom mljevenja (gnječenja) i prešanja zre-lih plodova masline. Ulje se može aromatizirati začinima, gran-čicama začinskog bilja i agrumima, kao što su npr. anis, češnjak, ružmarin, menta, borovica, kopar i limun.

Najcjenjenije je ekstra djevičansko ulje ili prvo maslinovo ulje, koje je tamnozeleno, prozirno i bez trpka okusa.

Kiselost najkvalitetnijeg ulja je (izraženo u oleinskoj kiselini) do 1%.

Olive - mythical Mediterranean plant, the fruit, oil and leaves of which are being used for centuries for nutricious and medi-cal purposes. It has been considered to be a miraculous plant mentioned in Bible and Greek mythology. Longevity, immuni-ty and beauty - this is olive in few words.

The olive is a species of small tree in the family Oleaceae, native to the coastal areas of the Mediterranean, therefore native to Croatian coast and Dalmatia. First olive trees were cultivated 4000 BC in Asia. The olive culture spread and the olive oil pro-duction began in eastern Mediterranean area 2000 BC.

The oil is produced by pressing whole olives. It can be aroma-tized with spices like anise, garlic, rosemary, mint, berry, dill or lemon.

Extra virgin olive oil or fist olive oil has the best quality. It con-tains the largest amout of extractive (aromatic) substances and its colour is darkgreen and transparent. Acidity of the olive oil of high quality ranges up to 1% (oleic acid).

Olive oil is the most important source of fat in Mediterranean diet which contains more vegetables than meat.

To prepare four portions of bruschette you will need:8 slices of bread2 spoons of extra virgin olive oil3 tomatoes15 leaves of fresh basil leaves10 black or green olives, pitted10 dag of grated cheese10 dag of prosciutto hamsaltpeper

Drizzle the bread with olive oil. Mix diced tomato with a spoon of olive oil, olives, cheese, prosciutto ham and basil. Add some salt and peper. Coat the slices of bread with the mixture. Bake bruschette in the oven heated at 180 degrees for 10 minutes.

Serve immediately.

Prije samog isplovljavanja valja provjeriti pribor za sidrenje koji osim sidra čine još i sidrenjak (lanac ili uže sa predlancem), ško-pac kojim je spojeno sidro s lancem i bitva za nametanje sidre-njaka. Ne smijemo zaboraviti ni plovak za obilježavanje sidra kao ni orepinu plovka. Kod većih plovila u pribor za sidrenje ubraja se još i ručno ili električno vitlo.

Za sidrenje treba odabrati mjesto, uvalu u kojoj će plovilo biti dijelom ili u potpunosti zaštićeno od valova i prevladavajućeg vjetra.Dobar izbor mjesta za sidrenje vrlo je važan ukoliko dođe do pogoršanja vremena. Morsko dno treba biti takvo da se si-dro može ukopati u njega. Kakvo je dno na određenoj dubini i mjestu na kojem se nalazimo saznat ćemo uz pomoć pomor-skih karata ili iz Peljara Jadranskog mora koji sadrži podatake o mjestima koja nam mogu poslužiti za sidrenje ili kao zaklon od nadolazećeg nevremena. Ipak, tek pri doplovljavanju vidjet ćemo ako smo učinili dobar izbor i ako nam odabrano sidrište pruža svu potrebnu zaštitu.

Before casting off the anchoring equippment should be chec-ked. It consists of an anchor, anchor’s apeak (chain or rope), anchor shackle that connects the anchor and chain, and a bitt for a teak-up of the rope. We cannot forget a buoy to mark the anchor. The anchoring set for larger vessels also contains a ma-nual or electric winch.

Anchoring should be done in a little bay where the vessel is partially or completely protected from waves and wind. Good anchoring place is very important in case of bad weather. Sea bottom should be appropriate for the anchor. The constitution of sea bottom can be checked in navigation maps or in the “Pe-ljar Jadranskog mora” which contains data about good places for anchorage or shelter. Prilikom odabira mjesta sidrenja treba provjeriti i koliko je uda-ljena obala, da ne bismo doplovili preblizu kada ispustimo po-trebnu dužinu sidrenjaka. Ne smijemo doći preblizu obale gdje ima plićina i podvodnih litica. Osim odabira mjesta važnu ulo-gu ima i smjer vjetra, stoga i na to valja pripaziti jer bi nas vrlo lako mogao odnijeti u neželjenom smjeru.

Kada ste pronašli idealno mjesto za sidrenje zaustavite plovi-lo, bacite sidro i lagano spuštajte lanac. Duljina lanca trebala bi biti najmanje tri do četiri puta veća od dubine na kojoj se sidrite. Nakon spuštanja sidra pričekajte da se pramac broda okrene u smjeru iz kojeg puše vjetar i provjerite drži li sidro.

Osim samog sidrenja vodite računa o flori i fauni podmorja, ukoliko je moguće sidrite se na pjeskovitom dnu što je najsi-gurnije, a ujedno ne šteti životu mora.

When you find perfect anchoring place, stop the vessel, drop the anchor and release the chain easily. The length of a chain should be at least triple or quadriple of the depth. After the an-chor is dropped, you should wait for the bow to turn towards the wind direction and then check if the anchor is safe.

You should also take care about the underwater flora and fa-una. If possible anchor on the sandy sea bottom which is the most safe and does not harm sea life.
