Unit 3: Modaliy of Trade and Investment 7 Hrs Factor influencing Trade and Investment, Determination of Trading Partners: Model of Independence, Interdependence and dependence, World Financial Environment: Cross National Co-Operative and Agreements.

Unit 4: Foreign Exchange Management 5Hrs

Foreign Exchange Market Mechanism, Determination of Exchange Rates, Euro Currency Market, International Banks and Non- Banking Financial Services.

Unit 5: Liberation, Privatization and Globalization (LPG) 8Hrs

Modality of LPG, Export Management: Licensing, Institutions of Joint Ventures, Technology and Global Competition, Globalization for Social Responsibilities.
