This generation mostly raised as centre of the family so they don’t hesitate in questioning authority Rather than “seen and not heart” they were praised, recognized and encouraged in everyday
No other generation has arrived to work already equipped with the same or better work tools than work provides them.
They are assuming greater control and accountability over how they work and their impact on the bottom line Which estimated today’s student will have 10-14 job before their 38th birthday.
