Educational requirements• Assistant Instructor (BHSAI) requires:

BHS Stage 3 (Riding and Care)• Minimum age 17 years

Preliminary Teaching Test• Minimum age 18 years

Up to December 2006• 500 hours teaching logged

From January 2007 • Coaching portfolio
