§ 1: DEFINITIONS Amateur: A Muay Thai athlete who has never competed for any money prize, or teaches, pursues, or assists in the practice of boxing or mixed martial arts as a means of obtaining a livelihood or pecuniary gain. Athlete: A person who competes in a Muay Thai Qualifying Event. Bout: An amateur Muay Thai contest between two athletes that has been approved by a recognized sanctioning body Continental Champion: The topmost athlete in a particular weight division, as designated by an IAMG Ranking Member Organization and among athletes that reside in different countries of the same continent (Example: USA vs. Mexico [North American Continent]) Champion: The topmost athlete designated by a member Doping: The occurrence of one or more of the anti-doping rule violations set forth in Article 2.1 through Article 2.8 of the World Anti-Doping Code. Exhibition Bout: A bout where no winner is decided and is for demonstration purposes only. Grievance: A real or imagined wrong or other cause for complaint or protest involving the IAMG Ranking. Gym: An athlete’s affiliated martial arts school IAMG Ranking: The acronym for the International Amateur Muaythai Gym Ranking program Member: A Muay Thai organizer or promoting organization that is an active participant in the IAMG Ranking program Muay Thai: The centuries-old martial art developed in the region now known as Thailand. Muay Thai involves the delivery of energetic blows to the upper, middle, and lower regions of the body using fists, elbows, knees, and shins. Muay Thai movements trigger the extensive rotation of the hips with each punch, kick, elbow, knee, and block. Muay Thai involves the delivery of punches, kicks, elbows, and knees while clinching.

National Champion: The topmost athlete in a particular weight division, as designated by an IAMG Ranking Member organization, and among athletes of the same country, but of a different state, territory, province, or other political community. Note: the states’, etc. borders must not touch (Example: New York & New Jersey) Qualifying Event: A bout hosted by a Member Organization Ranking Point (RP): A unit of measure used to determine the IAMG Ranking Regional Champion: The topmost athlete in a particular weight division, as designated by an IAMG Ranking Member Organization, and among athletes from the same state, territory, province, or other political community, or from a bordering state, etc. (Example: New York vs. New York or, New York vs. New Jersey) Sanctioning Body: A reputable sports organization that functions in a regulatory capacity, with powers to approve or disapprove Muay Thai bouts. Shall: The action described or specified is mandatory Title Bout: A bout where a Participating Organization designates the winner to be the topmost athlete in a particular weight division Tournament: A series of bouts hosted by a Participating Organization between varying numbers of competitors, who compete for an overall prize World Champion: The topmost athlete in a particular weight division, as designated by an IAMG Participating Organization, and among Athletes of two different geographic continents (Example: USA vs. England [North America & Europe])

§ 2: IAMG OVERVIEW 2.0 General Provision: The IAMG Ranking shall rank participating gyms based on the performance of their athletes in Qualifying Events. The ranking program’s purpose to identify and reward gyms that consistently produce winning athletes. Official records and gym rankings shall be available to the public. 2.1 Gym Involvement: Every gym to feature an athlete in at least one Qualifying Event and is in good standing with IAMG Ranking shall receive automatic entry into the ranking program. 2.2 Ranking period: The IAMG Ranking shall rank gyms using data collected in one (1)-year blocks beginning on January 1 and ending on December 31. At the start of a new ranking period, the IAMG Ranking shall reduce the ranking points for all gyms by seventy-five (75) percent. 2.3 Bouts considered for ranking: Every Qualifying Event shall count towards a gym’s ranking. 2.4 Head-to-Head ranking method: The IAMG Ranking shall rank gyms based on their athletes’ wins, loses, and participation in Qualifying Events. Wins are essential for higher ranking. IAMG Ranking shall award Ranking Points (RP) to gyms based on the following criteria:

* Gyms shall receive points from the category with the highest point total. For example, if an athlete wins a World Title, the gym shall earn 100 points only and not 115 points (“Athlete Wins a bout and “Athlete Wins a World Title” combined). ** Gyms shall earn five (5) points for an athlete’s loss; however, gyms shall not earn points whenever their athlete loses by DQ.

2.5 Ranking Considerations: Athlete bout records minus point deductions within the ranking period shall be the sole determinant of rankings.

2.6 List Generation: IAMG Ranking shall update the ranking lists in the period after each Qualifying Event.

2.7 Gym’s or athletes may request that their name be redacted from the ranking list public at any time. In such instances, the IAMG Ranking shall redact all identifying information. 2.8 Opt-out: Members may opt out of the program at any time; however, opting out shall not effect information already published.

§ 3: MEMBER ELIGIBILITY & PARTICIPATION 3.0 General Provision: Inclusion to the IAMG Ranking program is contingent upon each member’s level of activity and adherence to the provisions set forth in these rules and to the IAMG Ranking Terms of Service Agreement. 3.1 Membership: Organizers and promoters must apply to be candidates for membership to the IAMG Ranking program online at http://www.muaythaigymrank.com/registration; Admission to the program is free. 3.2 Minimum Requirements: In order to register, organizers and promoters must meet the following criteria:

a. Be an organization that hosts Muay Thai bouts. Contests of other combat forms including K1, Glory, Mixed Martial Arts (MMA), kickboxing, karate, and boxing are excluded from IAMG Rankings.

b. At least one year prior to application, has hosted a bout governed by a reputable sanctioning body

c. Within the past two (2) years, has not been suspended or prohibited from hosting bouts by a sanctioning body

d. If not already done so, develop or adopt a codified rule set within 30 days of membership

3.3 Organizer and Promoter Selection Criteria: The IAMG Ranking shall take into account each organizer or promoter’s overall knowledge and experience in Muay Thai and in event coordinating, in addition to their reputation in the Muay Thai community. The IAMG Ranking may require candidates to submit character references from people or organizations reputable within the Muay Thai community. 3.4 Dormant Organizations: The IAMG Ranking shall deem a member to be dormant if they fail to host at least one (1) bout within the ranking period. Members that go dormant for two (2) consecutive ranking periods shall be disqualified from the program. Disqualified organizations must reapply for admission and may be subject to a waiting period, depending on the number of applicants.

§ 4: RECORDKEEPING RESPONSIBILITIES

4.0 Members shall collect, store, and submit the following data about each Qualifying Event

a. Name of event b. Date of event c. Location of Venue (city, state, province, territory, country) d. Governing Sanctioning Body

4.1 Members shall collect, store, and submit the following data about each Bout:

a. Names of both competitors b. Weight division c. Title Bout? (Y/N), If so, name of title/type (Example: Siam North American/Continental) d. Winner of bout e. No shows (Y/N), If so, who? f. Disqualifications (Y/N), If so, who?

4.2 Members shall collect, store, and submit the following data about each Athlete:

a. Legal name (aliases or nicknames not permitted) b. Resident address c. Telephone number d. Email address e. Win/Loss record f. Gym affiliation g. Gym’s location (city, state, province, country) h. Coach/trainer’s name

4.3 Reporting: Members shall report data no later than thirty days (30) after their Qualifying Event. Absent exigent circumstances, the IAMG shall not accept late data submissions. 4.4 Accountability: Members shall be responsible for verifying the accuracy of information submitted. IAMG Ranking shall not alter submitted data; however, members are solely responsible for correcting errors and re-submitting data to IAMG Ranking.

§ 5: GYM REQUIREMENTS 5.0 Gym Selection: Upon competing in their first bout in a Qualifying Event, athletes must select one (1) gym to represent them for the duration of the ranking period, regardless if the athlete discontinues training or switches gyms at a later point. Athletes may select a new representative at the start of the new ranking period (Jan 1). 5.1 Gym Consolidation: For the purposes of the IAMG Ranking, gyms with affiliate gyms that operate within the same state, province, territory, or other political structure may consolidate each affiliate gym’s records; however, affiliates located outside of the same state, province, territory, or other political structure shall remain separate entities.

5.2 Gym consolidation is subject to IAMG Ranking approval. Gyms who elect to consolidate under §3.3 shall submit proof of affiliation using official documents such as a business charter, lease agreement, contract, or other business records. The IAMG Ranking shall consider the implications of the proposed consolidation on the ranking list, as well as the requestor’s history and standing with the IAMG Ranking.

§ 6: GRIEVANCES

6.0 General Provision: Only members in good standing may bring forth a grievance. The IAMG Ranking grievance officer shall resolve grievances using the IAMG Ranking internal grievance procedure and shall resolve grievances after reviewing submitted data, completing interviews with effected parties and/or sanctioning bodies, and by examining newly found evidence. Members shall not grieve officiating decisions. Members shall refer complaints about bout officiating to their respective sanctioning body. 6.1 IAMG Ranking’s grievance officer shall inform the effected parties of filed and resolved grievances. 6.2 The IAMG Ranking’s grievance officer shall commence the grievance procedure upon receipt of a written explanation of the nature of the dispute and the supporting facts on behalf of the aggrieved party. 6.3 Grievance Procedure: See the IAMG Ranking Grievance Procedure below.

§ 7: MEMBER CONDUCT 7.0 General Provision: No member or gym shall submit or convey any information that is untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or willfully incomplete. The IAMG Ranking may suspend or, in the event of a gross breach of the IAMG Ranking rules or Terms of Service Agreement, terminate a member or gym’s account immediately, and may refuse a future entry into the IAMG Ranking program. 7.1 Data Usage Restriction: No member, gym, or person may use IAMG published data to:

a. Conduct any illegal activity or solicit the performance of any illegal activity or other activity that infringes the rights of others

b. Stalk, harass, or harm another individual; c. Collect or store personal data about other members d. Impersonate any person, or otherwise misrepresent member's identity e. Falsify statistics or claims based on false statistics

7.2 Disruption: No member, gym, or person may:

a. Interfere with, disrupt, or disobey any requirements, procedures, policies, or regulations of the IAMG Ranking Rules and Terms and Conditions

b. Transmit any file that contains viruses, worms, Trojan horses, or any other contaminating or destructive features

c. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the IAMG Ranking program, or to other accounts, computer systems, or networks connected to the IAMG Ranking program

d. Interfere with or disrupt servers or networks connected to IAMG Ranking program or it’s affiliate organizations

e. Interfere with another member's use of the IAMG Ranking program f. Resell, barter, trade, auction or otherwise generate income, or receive any material

benefit by providing access to the e-Rewards Program to others.

- These rules shall rescind all previously published rules of IAMG Ranking.
