Implementing change successfully has always been a challenge for leaders and organizations. This
workshop may make a difference as it provides a deeper understanding of resistance as well as the tools
to increase success. Resistance has been identified as a top obstacle to successful change.
It is unavoidable and complex. Project delays, outcomes or objectives not achieved, productivity
declines, absenteeism, loss of valued employees, history of failed change - lets face it, resistance has
costs – it is not free. And, in order to avoid these costs and the potential risks to a project or change

Training programs on how to use effectively the assessment tools for a transformative Leader mostly
focus on practical outcomes. Organizations are constantly trying to adapt, survive, perform and
influence. However, they are not always successful. In order to understand the way they should do to
perform, organizations conduct assessments.
The training will be challenging the leaders with curious questions and situations to be aware of Why to
assess their companies, what diagnostic tool to use and for whom. Not all the assessments are alike.

valorisation de son image, de sa notoriété, de sa carrière, de sa recherche d’emploi.
Le marketing de soi a toujours existé. Aujourd’hui, nous constatons de nombreux termes à la mode : marketing
de soi ou self marketing, qui se définit comme la réalisation de son propre marketing, marketing personnel, qui
est le marketing de l’individu, personal branding, qui est le marketing personnel en tant que marque. Tous ces
mots ont des significations très proches, voire similaires. Cela concerne tous les individus : entrepreneur,
