All activities are planned at the beginning of the year in:
1. Annual Plan and Program (according National standard of
qualification; document that describes basic curricular activities)
2. School Curriculum (document that describes specific extracurricular
activities for each independend school)

1. Matična knjiga - Paper book with students end of year success; keptin school for 10 years
2. E-matica - Internet data base of student and school employees; managed by Ministry of Science and Education; information about student success through all schooling kept permanently
3. E-imenik - web application - made by CARNET – Croatian Academic and Research Network- special versions for teachers, students and parents; functions as a record - book for held lessons, student grades, absences and all other important class administration.
Organization of teaching (in our school)
5 years School's curriculum:
A) General education programme
- 1st, 2nd year - 30 hours/week; 14 theoretical subjects
B) Vocational curriculum
- 3rd, 4th year - 21 hour/week theoretical subjects+
17 hours/week of practice (in the cabinet or health care institutions…)
- 5th year - 8hour/week theoretical part+
31 hours/week of practical part (in the cabinet or teaching base - in hospital…)
Duties of teachers
Total weekly obligation = 40 hours

Classmaster:
- DIRECT WORK WITH STUDENTS- 2 hours/weekly:
themed classes with whole class and individual work with the student
- COOPERATION WITH PARENTS - 2 hours/weekly:
individual consultations, parent-teacher meetings, written notice
- OTHER ACTIVITIES - 2 hours/weekly:
leads Class council and participates in the Teachers' council;

1. Vrapčić - prepares students for inter-school sports competitions on local and national level2. Main extra curricular activities and their goals:
1. Vrapčić (Physical teacher) periodicaly, 1 hour in School’s schedule
2. GLOBE (GLOBE mentors - School teachers, trained and approved from national GLOBE coordinator) -1hour per week, in School’s schedule
3. E-Medica (School coordinator, mentor and project leaders) -depends on a type/complexity of project
4. Volunteer club (School teacher/club coordinator) depends on ongoing activities
5. Literary club ( teacher of Croatian language) -2 hours per month
6. First Aid (Physical teacher) -1 hour per week
