Immunization RecordCompleteandelectronicallysubmittheMStateImmunizationRecordfoundatminnesota.edu/forms.Minnesotalawrequiresthatallstudentsbornafter1956andenrolledinapublicorprivatepostsecondaryschoolinMinnesotamustbeimmunizedagainstdiphtheria,tetanus,measles,mumpsandrubella,allowingforcertainspecifiedexceptions.ThisinformationwillbeavailableforreviewbytheMinnesotaDepartmentofHealthandlocalcommunityhealthboard.

8. Insurance RequirementAllinternationalstudentsarerequiredtohaveinsurancecoveragethroughoutthedurationoftheirattendanceatMState.ThecollegewillprocuretheproperpolicyontheirbehalfandthecostwillshowontheirMStatebill.
