��Available Schools and Quotas
��Important Points in the Application Process� First, contact and consult with your preferred faculty advisor. Have them sign or puttheir seal in the remarks column of your application form before you submit it.
� Prior to applying, pay your entrance examination fee by bank transfer.� Once you have the documents listed in pages�����, place the documents in and completethe required information on the pre�addressed �Application Documents Enclosed �envelope and send by post, or bring it in person to the Admissions Section by theappointed time. The office is open weekdays from 9 am�5 pm. Please note that entranceexamination fees may not be paid in cash.
� In principle, entrance examination fees are not refundable once you have submitted yourapplication, nor are admission documents returned.
��Applicant EligibilityInternational students who meet the Graduate School of Veterinary Medicine Course eligi-bility requirements given in the Rakuno Gakuen University Graduate School AdmissionsGuidelines, as well as meet the following conditions, may apply. Please be aware, however,that no applicant will be considered who has not first consulted with a supervisory facultymember in the relevant research field.

��The applicant has received or is eligible to receive status of residence as a �Student� inJapan as specified in the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act.
�Master�s Course��The applicant is a citizen of a country other than Japan and has completed 16 years offormal education.
��The applicant is recognized, via the individual applicant screening process performed bythe graduate school, as possessing academic ability at least equivalent to a universitygraduate and will be 22 years old by the date of admission.
��The applicant has received or is eligible to receive status of residence as a �Student� inJapan as specified in the Immigration Control and Refugee Recognition Act.

Caution about foreign students working part�timeStudents who intend to do part�time work whilst studying at our university, are first
required to familiarize themselves with general knowledge about Japanese society andcustoms, with the support of the Extension Center and/or a faculty member. Studentsmust complete this familiarization period which takes at least three months. They can thenapply for part�time work.

��Entrance Examination Fee: ¥30,000� Put your admission application, photo sheet, entrance examination fee receipt, and en-trance examination fee transfer request forms together. Fill in the information required,take it to a financial institution, and make an electronic payment.
� Please note that cash, postal transfer, check, etc. are not acceptable forms of payment.� Confirm that the stamp of the financial institution where you paid is noted on thePhoto Sheet. The stamp must be present to prove that you have paid your entranceexamination fee.
� Be sure to keep your entrance examination fee receipt. It serves as verification in caseyour admission application, examination admission ticket, etc. fail to arrive.
