Our DCM Team in Frankfurt is currently looking for Interns to start in 2016.We are advising our clients regarding the issuance of various fixed income products andtheir capital structure. Our DCM internship gives you the unique opportunity to work alonga small team where you will be able to actively participate in day to day tasks as well aswork closely with other related departments such as Fixed Income Sales and CorporateFinance. We’re currently looking for interns to join the DCM team in Frankfurt in 2016 forup to 6 months with any possible start date.

Key Responsibilities:Supporting senior team members during live transactions that include benchmarkbonds as well as private placements for German/Austrian financial insitutions,sovereigns and agencies.

Preparation of pitchbooks during the preliminary stages of a transaction

Collecting market information to support client coverage and decision making

Preparation of term sheets and indicative pricing updates

Condensing research from a vast variety of sources and prepare makro and creditmarket updates for our clients

Coordination of specific projects such as client meetings and roadshows

Various ad hoc tasks

Skills:German and English fluency is essential

Very good analytical ability

Strong MS Office skills

Bloomberg and Excel VBA skills would be an asset
