• Connects the cell site elements back to the MTSO and onto the CORE network elements through IP and TDM connections

• Work is coordinated by Implementation Manager teams who coordinate with the markets for maintenance window cut-overs

• Additional help is provided by a unique Tiger Team for tier two troubleshooting

ProjectsProject 1: Hanafin’s employee breakdown • Organized employees based on factors such as: Location, Job Title, Supervisor span

of control, etc.• Conclusion:• Average span of control per supervisor is 10 employees• Greatest number of domestic resources live in GA (271/47%)Impact: Show themes throughout the organization

Project 2: 2020 Training Hours Analysis• Analyzed employee training hours based on satisfactory/unsatisfactory learning,

anticipated/actual time taken and months in which training was completed• Conclusion: • 17% of total time was spent towards training that was not completed• Training took 5 times longer than anticipatedImpact: Increase productivity and make expectations of employee’s training more accurate.

Understanding the AT&T Network:• Challenge: Grasping the elements of the network and the relationships between

each component• Solution: • Completed Wireless Basics and presented my knowledge to Annett Moffitt• Completed the AT&T Technology Transformation Series • Shadowed multiple team members and asked questions

Mastering Excel:• Challenge: Had little knowledge with Excel and analyzing data• Solution: • Used all available resources to gain tips and tricks • Collaborated with instructors and team members to gain knowledge and

recommendations.
