us a chance to do our internship here. The management and staff have been

industry of te(tile founded by 1r. 1ehbob *lam #ari #ate/ in 2345 and isnow being lead by 1r. )ero,e *lam #ari6 1r. *fro,e *lam #ari and 1r.

+mran #ari7 it has a large production on daily basis. This industry deals in

the manufacturing of Towels6 'eddings and daily use garments.

*fro,e Te(tile +ndustry is one of the largest manufacturers and

registered leading e(porters of te(tile goods in Pakistan. +t is e(porting

high 8uality products which results in increasing of its clients. +t hasfollowing well-e8uipped departments9

)or any industry to run a power generator is the main unit.

The industry owns 5 Gas-"ngine generators each of 2 1ega-Watt6

which are responsible for the supply of energy to the whole

industry. These generators are being monitored by the engineers of

:rient-"nergy $ystems. 'elow is a list of power consumption of

various plants and machinery9

'efore the process of dying a color or printing a certain

design its sample is created first6 where re8uirement of a client is

first tested on a smaller level after it is passed in sample table the

process for further manufacturing is started.

The %uality &ontrol #ab is responsible for the 8uality of

fabrics after the production of re8uired print. This is done for

customer satisfaction and for the sake of company image in te(tile

industries.

This department bleaches the new fabric arrived to the

factory6 the condition of newly arrived fabric is not good so that it

can be printed or dyed so for this purpose it is first washed so that

the stains and dirt is completely removed from t so that it can be

processed further.

The department of dying is responsible for the dying process

of the fabric within the factory. The fabric is dyed with re8uired

color and passed through the burner to keep it permanent instead

of local temporary colors.

Printing dept. is the place in afro,e industry where the fabric

is printed with various designs for this process there are < machines

The fabric after the process of bleaching6 dying and printing

is then sent to the finishing department6 here after all process the

fabric is checked and a final touch is given to it.

Cere in this department after all the processes till finishing is

done6 the folding of fabric takes place to sent it to the clients.

The caustic used in the industry is made to re-used instead

of buying new and new caustic for the process6 this is done in order

to save the used caustic instead of wasting it.

+n any organi,ation the responsibility of the accounts

department is to handle all the income payments of the clients or

customers6 to handle all the check and balance of the organi,ation.

+n todays world +nformation Technology has been playing an

important role in our daily lives. The industry involves large number

of P&s6 laptops and +T related stuffs6 to monitor and to control the

networking system of the organi,ation the industry has its own +T

department for this purpose.

We are very much thankful to the Cuman esources Department for

arranging such a wonderful and informative internship for us because of which

we got an opportunity to work with a team of professionals who never said no to

our learning process6 the !D and "lectronics department management and

employees guided us each time we need their help. Due to the permission of C

dept. we were able to learn new things gain some e(perience among a team ofprofessionals. We also learned many new things which were never known to us

in a way or other.
