To date we have 8 out of 9 questionnaires returned which is a 88% response

rate – Please do send back your forms as we aim to continually improve the

inspection process and your feedback is vital to this

Feedback from the inspections was again extremely positive and companies

continue to appreciate the Inspector’s extensive industry experience

Inspectors continue to be a very valuable source of information and

suggestions given their industry knowledge

Many feel that the annual inspection is a good thing as it focuses the whole

team to ensure standards are continually met

With IQCS inspections having been conducted this year,

indications are that the requirement for IQCS inspections still

remains

We will establish 2017 inspection intentions in early June next

IQCS user members are UK based companies who do not have

their own in-house data-collection, but commit to use providers

who are IQCS accredited or ISO20252:2-12 registered (and are

inspected to verify this).

User members enjoy all the benefits of membership and have

their fieldwork projects annually assessed and accredited by our

independent inspectors

Benefits of User Membership

For small / independent consultancies who may themselves not be

ISO20252 registered, the IQCS User Membership category provides

a level of reassurance to clients that fieldwork on their projects has

been undertaken by an accredited agency or to standards outlined

under the IQCS /ISO20252:12 standard.

accreditation, please make them aware of IQCS User Membership

Suzi’s Story

With a very ill son, ‘Suzi’s’ own mental health began to affect her because she was also

very worried about her finances, so we gave her money to clear some of her debts.
