DESCRIPTION
Into the belly of the beast: Lessons learned from research with the staff of large corporations. Research with members of the general public, citizens, consumers, etc. is different to research with the staff of large organisations. In this talk I’m going to pick out some specific differences and the lessons I’ve learned about how to deal with them. It’s not a definitive set, so your mileage may vary. But I’m really interested in your experiences and anything you’ve learned.
