Congratulations!! You’ve made a great, proactive decision regarding your health and are now on the road to recovery. We are very excited for you!! You should be very proud of yourself for the decision you’ve made to join our program. Most people that have health problems like yours don’t want to change and would rather passively continue to take medications instead of taking action to get their body healthy. It’s refreshing to see that you haven’t “waved the white flag” and decided to give up… instead, you’ve proven you still have some fight and spunk left in you, which is a great quality to have. Your decision to get healthy naturally will give you the best opportunity to have your doctor reduce or eliminate your medications, which will dramatically improve your health. Imagine how great it will be to not feel like you’re a burden to your family… to make sure you are healthy so you can enjoy your family, grandkids, travel… live life, without worrying about your health. Here are a few things you need to do right away to get started with your program: Read the next few pages of this Meal Plan document to get familiar with the Cleanse and the new way of eating. Remember, if any of the listed meal plans don’t sound appetizing to you, don’t eat them. Skip to something you like. You can mix and match the meal plans, as long as you stick with the Enjoy/Avoid list. There are over 200 recipes to choose from that will be sent to you over the next 16 weeks. If you want to eat out in a restaurant… no problem… just stick to the Enjoy/Avoid list. Please put our email address [email protected] into your email account contact list to ensure you receive all of the emails we send you. Please don’t over complicate this program. Remember, all you have to do is follow the meal plan and take the supplements we give you. Also try to walk at least 30 minutes 3 times a week as a minimum. If you have a question about whether a certain food is ok to eat… always go to the Enjoy list. If it’s on the list you can have it… if it’s not, you can’t. Simple. If you are a Diabetic, remember to be monitoring your fasting blood sugar in the morning. When your blood sugar is below 100 (U.S.) or 6.0 (Canada/Australia) consistently, it’s time to call your doctor so they can advise you on weaning off your meds. Remember, the whole point of you joining our program is to eventually reduce or eliminate your medications. Most importantly… have fun with the program. Stay excited and positive throughout the program with the confidence that you are taking action to get healthy. Remember to stick with the program and if it gets a little tough, remember why you started in the first place… and remember the commitment you made to not quit. You gave us your word that you would stick with the program to the end to ensure you improve your health as much as possible.
