INTRODUCING

Kestrel is a privately-owned company that has been with the same family for two generations. Primarily a service

and maintenance company for Coffee Machines, dishwashers and other catering appliances. Kestrel also supply

consumables and chemicals to the catering sector. Kestrel and Arrow Solutions have been in partnership for

over 5 years.

CHALLENGE

Kestrel required an effective Coffee Machine cleaner and descaler which could also be used to clean and descale

dishwashers and other commercial equipment.

SOLUTION

Arrow designed and manufactured a specialist coffee machine cleaner to ensure not only a cleaner machine,

but also a machine free from scale. The knock-on-effect of a clean and descaled machine meant much improved

reliability. Machines require less maintenance and repair with Arrow’s Coffee Machine Cleaner & Descaler. The

solution also proved to clean and descale other commercial equipment, such as dishwashers and boilers, all

used within the busy commercial kitchen environment.
