Working in the sole interests of our clients is what makes us different. CR Plus staff are recruited
and appraised on our core values. We have been working with some of our clients for more than

Our Management Team
Flexible, Innovative, Impartial Delivery
Our project journey with clients involves working together to find the right
sustainable solution for their specific situation.
It is rare to have perfect clarity on the solution or root cause at the beginning of any engagement. CR Plus use highly data-driven techniques to explore options and recommend the right practical and pragmatic solution.
We are able to offer:
• An 'end-to-end' consultancy service identifying, designing and implementing projects that
create cost savings and/or income generation. • Support to our clients in problem solving and making improvements where existing building
services or industrial processes are not performing as optimally or efficiently as they could.
This could lead to low cost improvements via controls, improved management and understanding, or to the identification of beneficial investment in new systems or innovative technology.
• Project management and owner's engineer service providing support from concept to
installation and commissioning of energy efficiency and process optimisation solutions. • Implementation of industrial and commercial engineering projects in the role of EPCM
(Engineering, Procurement and Construction Management). • A front end service assisting in the realisation of funding, grant and tax relief support in the
areas of resource and process efficiency. • The development, updating and review of Management Systems such as ISO 9001, 14001,
50001, 45001 and OHSAS 18001. • Integration of sustainability into business-as-usual from product design processes, onsite
energy generation through to supply chain management programmes. • Legal compliance support across Health and Safety, Environment, Energy and Corporate
Social Responsibility requirements.

Where Next?
Making Decarbonisation Pay
CR Plus has been at the forefront of sustainability since we began our business in 2005. We have
helped our clients reduce their environmental impacts, operate more safely, secure jobs for their
workforce and improve profitability.

19th Century 20th Century 21st Century
CR Plus is working with its long term clients to demonstrate real action behind the current drive
for Clean Growth and an Industrial Cluster based decarbonisation. We have helped to: Provide
site specific vision; produce a workable road map detailing decision steps/gates; align industry
and business strategy with UK Gov strategy to get business support; and deliver practical and
economic decarbonisation projects that leave doors open to all technologies and solutions.
Do you want to take Plan A or Plan B?
Based on one recent example (South Wales based Refinery), CR Plus has demonstrated that a
'Carbon' orientated route (‘Plan B’) to 2050 required £73M of investment with minimal cost and
carbon savings, whereas the 'decarbonised' route (‘Plan A’) to 2050 would cost £76M, with near
carbon neutrality by 2030, with business cost benefits to 2050 exceeding £200M. All of this can
start NOW with the correct effort and alignment between UK Government (BEIS), regional and
local clusters and specific businesses and industrial sites.
