Case study Launching an internal policy and training A Swiss global bank, ZURICH

A Swiss bank was seeking an effective medium to launch a new internal policy and training program for their employees worldwide. They wanted: •  to highlight the policy’s main points •  an internal video that strictly adhered to branding guidelines •  to build positive anticipation for the training program Outcome? A short video (with Swiss-German subtitles) that introduced the need for training, highlighted the key points of the new social media policy and provided a teaser of what to expect in the training program. The video was a huge success, resulting in positive attendance rates for the training program. Produced in collaboration with Lardi & Partner Consulting GmbH.

Case study KICKING OFF an internal IT PROJECT KPMG, AUSTRALIA

KPMG wanted to invest in a video to effectively communicate the essence of an IT project in an engaging way. KPMG was looking for: •  a consistent way to explain what the project was all about, in a short

and simple format. •  something that people could easily digest and recall •  a video that they could reuse in different locations regionally Outcome? A three minute video which provided an entertaining and engaging introduction to the project which is now used for both internal induction meetings for new joiners, as well as during country based kick-off presentations. Everyone is on the same page.
