Introducing Räum Infinity – the revolutionary new seamlessly welded windowFollowing significant investment in a state-of-the-art SL4FF Seamless Quad Welder, Dekko Window Systems have launched Räum Infinity, a new range of uPVC windows and doors featuring smooth, timber style corner joints. Unlike normal uPVC window and door frames which feature an unsightly 3.5mm wide diagonal groove at the join, a result of the welding and corner cleaning process, Räum Infinity frames offer a choice of two superior finishes;1. A smooth, seamless finish on all

laminated profiles: This option means you have no external weld sprue, no reverse butt welds and unsightly grooves which collect dust and dirt and no jagged knifed off edges.

2. A 1.5mm thin pencil line finish on all non-laminated profiles gives a consistent finish and is more aesthetically pleasing.

We achieve this look thanks to Seamless Quad Welder, which has a patented ceramic heater plate that ‘zip welds’ the corner joints together, allowing for the precise placement of the welded sprue.Räum Infinity is the latest evolution in uPVC window technology and is aimed at discerning consumers at the higher end of the market.Few installers will able to offer a seamless corner weld, so offer Räum Infinity and give your business an advantage over the competition.

With Räum infinity, the ugly corner weld is a thing of the past. Following significant investment in a state-of-the-art SL4FF Seamless Quad Welder, Dekko Window Systems can now offer uPVC windows and doors beautifully smooth timber-style corner joints.

The advanced machine incorporates a patented ceramic heater plate that ‘zip welds’ the corner joints and allows

for the precise placement of the welded sprue, delivering a smooth, seamless finish without any groove.

Räum infinity windows have mechanically jointed transoms and mullions, which are available in a choice of woodgrain laminate foils, and have attractive equal sightlines – offering the aesthetics of timber without the price tag.

Assembled by fully trained expert staffEver since uPVC windows were first invented, the tell-tale corner weld has been one of the least popular aesthetic features. It came as the result of the welding process, when the excess plastic sprue is cut off, leaving a 3mm wide diagonal groove. For homeowners who prefer the look of mechanically jointed timber windows, the corner weld was a compromise that they would have to ‘put up with’ in order to enjoy the many benefits uPVC has to offer.
