Expert institute Grant Thornton Valuations

The expert institute is registered with the ministry of justice in the Czech Republic on the list of institutes qualified for expert

work for the scope of economy since 1997.

Grant Thornton Valuations

In 2015 the company strengthened its position on the Czech

market in the area of valuation and expert services by merging

with the expert institute American Appraisal s.r.o.

The expert institute Grant Thornton Valuations annually

processes around 300 expert reports with a total property value

of several billion CZK.
