What is the EB-5 investor visa?
The EB-5 program was initiated in the 1990 by the US government and it has improved many underdeveloped and
unemployment areas in the country. In 2003, the US government licensed the EB-5 projects under the Regional Centers to
raise capital from many countries all over the world
Every year, the US government grants 10,000 EB-5 visas for foreign investors and their family members, 3,000 of which are
indirect investment through the Regional Centers (with an investment of US$500,000/petition) the rest is direct investment
(US$1 million/petition)
With the indirect investment, the investors will be paid back in cash or shares with annual interest
It takes up to two years to process and obtain EB-5 green cards
After two years of holding conditional green cards, we will file Form I-829 with US Citizenship & Immigration Services USCIS)
for EB-5 investors to change to permanent green cards

Eligibility Requirements
In order to become approved for an EB-5
investor visa, you need to meet specific
requirements, as outlined by the US
government in the Immigrant Investor Program
Act of 1990. Some of the basic requirements of
this program are that you invest:
Minimum of $500,000 that will be returned to
you after five years
Provide a legal investment source
Prove a minimum family net worth of at least
$1 million; or $200,000 in annual income;
Or combined spousal income of at least
$300,000 annually

St Kitts and Nevis Citizenship by
Investment Program
With the citizenship program of St Kitts and Nevis you are eligible to apply for and obtain second
citizenship and passport without any preceding permanent residence requirement
You may choose in between investing in real estate or
making a cash donation. The real estate option requires
you to acquire a piece of property to use for living or
renting, and at the same time qualifies you for citizenship.
The St Kitts and Nevis program requires a minimum of
US$200,000 in donation (single option) or US$350,000 in
investments and takes three to five months to process.
The citizenship-by-investment
program of St Kitts and Nevis gives
you many advantages including but
not limited to: You may permanently live in St Kitts and Nevis, if you want
so. There are no taxes on personal income, capital gains,
gift, wealth and inheritance.
No need to renounce your current citizenship.
Visa-free travel to many countries. Where a visa is
required, you can normally obtain it with minimum
formalities.
Being a citizen of St Kitts and Nevis, you may get a
residence permit in many countries, probably with fewer
formalities than with your current citizenship. You also
have certain privileges for living and working in Caribbean
Community (CARICOM) member countries.
The citizenship program of St Kitts and Nevis is a legal
program based on the law. Citizenship is granted for your
lifetime and may not be revoked, regardless of changes in
the government and/or policy.
Citizenships and passports will be issued to the
applicant an all eligible family members, and
may be easily renewed.

Dominica Citizenship by Investment Program
The Commonwealth of Dominica (which is different from the Dominican Republic) is one
of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean Sea, situated midway between Guadeloupe
and Martinique in the Lesser Antilles.
Advantages: Citizenship for life
Dominica recognizes dual citizenship, so there is no need to renounce
your other citizenship
You are not required to reside in Dominica to maintain your citizenship
Visa-free travel to more than 100 countries around the world including the
European Union countries.
Great privacy and asset protection
As a Commonwealth citizen, after graduation, you have the privilege to
study and work in the UK
No restrictions on doing business globally, including doing business in the
United States
Dominica recognizes dual
citizenship, and you are not
required to renounce your other
citizenships. Besides that, Dominica
does not notify authorities of your
country of residence or citizenship
on your Dominican citizenship.
You are not required to reside in
Dominica to keep your citizenship.
It’s safe for traveling. The country has a
good international image and being a
Dominican excludes a number of possible
travel problems by definition.
You can also extend your visa-free access by obtaining a residence permit in an appropriate country, for
example, if you obtain a residence permit in Canada, you will be able to travel to the United States. A
residence permit in one of the Schengen states gives you a visa-free access to any European country.
You get virtually the same rights as if you were born in Dominica, i.e. you can vote, purchase property,
live and work in Dominica, if you wish. You enjoy a tax-free status on capital gains, gift, wealth and
inheritance tax. Your worldwide income is liable to taxation in Dominica only if you reside there.
A Dominican passport allows visa-free international travel to more than 100 countries and territories
where no visa required at all, or you easily get a visa upon arrival. And for those countries where a visa is
still required, you normally can obtain it with minimum formalities within a couple of days.
You are granted citizenship for life and it is not
revocable. Issued passports are valid for ten
years. Passports for children under 16 years old
are issued for five years. Expired passports or
those with no free visa pages left can be easily
renewed for a small fee at the immigration and
passport office in Dominica or at any Dominican
consulate. We will assist you to renew your
passports with no need to travel personally to
Dominica or its consulates.
Dominican citizenship is the most affordable
option and quicker to obtain. It requires a
US$75,000 donation for a single option and
US$100,000 for a family option, and normally
takes two to three months. By way of
comparison, the St Kitts and Nevis program
requires a minimum of US$200,000 in donation
(single option) or US$350,000 in investments
and takes three to five months to process.
With the Dominica program, you don’t need to
make a monetary donation in advance. You
deposit money in the governmental escrow
bank account and if your application is rejected,
you will receive your money back.
