IntroductionThe University operates the transportation services with a fleet of well-maintained and new model vehicles and well trained, safety minded and highly experienceddrivers.
Due to the limited number of spaces available, bookings are confirmed only when the completed Transport Form, payment of the transport fees, and payment of therelevant tuition fees are received. All students are required to enrol as a student of the University to avail this service.

Transport will be provided for re-sit exams in August.
PG students may be required to pay additional transport fee for two months.

Paid in two installments of postdated cheques,dated as on or before the following dates
1st Installment- 1st August 2018; 2nd Installment- 1st December 2018.
There will be no refund for early withdrawal from the transport services for any reasons such as the breach of contract, misconduct or personal issues, unless an individual has not been eligible to become a student of the University.
A discount of 3% is offered to students who pay the transport fee in full, using cash or a cheque which is not postdated on or before 1 August 2018.

Wearing seat belt is mandatory while travelling in the University Vehicle.*
The driver will not be able to start the journey until all passengers have buckled up.
The driver should not be distracted, while driving, as it can cause an accident.
You are required be at the pick up point on time or pleasearrange your own transport if you are late.
Students should comply with the rules and regulations, Student Code of Conduct of Dubai International Academic City and Heriot-Watt University Dubai Campus.*
