Research and propose the policy and recommendations for the use of national airspace

Organize the work of national airspace experiment, simulation and verification

Conduct airspace operations statistics and analysis

Undertake the establishment and adjustment of air routes/airways and flight routes

Organize and implement the national boundary points and transnational route adjustment, and leading the construction of the Asia Pacific air routes network

Organize and implement the professional technical training for airspace management staff

Flight Procedure Designing Office

Organize and implement the professional technical training for flight procedure designers

Coordinate and manage the flight procedure designing work for civil aviation airport and provide technical support

Organize, work out, evaluate and proof the special project of major airspace involved in the flight procedure planning scheme

Organize and develop the new technology research, launch a pilot project and application and promotion for ATM system
