Pad Printing

The rugged ICN-150 is an ideal large parts pad printer machine. It handles

150mm ink cups that enable printed images up to 140mm in diameter -

significantly larger than the industry standard 130mm ink cups, which are only

capable of 115mm images.

The ICN-150 pad printer machine is offered as a 1- or 2-color printer and

features an extended forward stroke, two-position pneumatic shuttle and

XYR micro-adjust printing plate assemblies.

This piece of pad printing equipment is ideal for crisp, accurate graphics

because it has excellent pad compression capability and provides ample

room for large, hard printing pads or pad clusters. It’s also perfect for

The policy of the Company in environmental matters consists of conserving natural resources for the future requirements of our

planet, saving energy as far as possible, managing wastes that are by-products of the production process, especially water, and

reducing pollution of the atmosphere and the environment to the minimum possible.

Needle craft is dedicated to the quality policy that will ensure that its products and services shall fully meet the requirements of its

customers. According to this policy, the Company

o identifies the most reliable sources to purchase raw materials.

o checks the quality of the materials on arrival.

o gets replacements as and when defective material is received.

o makes sure that all products go through quality checks during production process.

o checks products after production before packing.

o makes sure that every consignment leaves the factory with zero-defect products.

In case of noticing any error, the Company takes immediate necessary action to eliminate or correct the cause for errors. 'Flawless

perfection and consistency in quality' is the motto of the Company.

Environmental Policy

Needle Craft complies with all rules, regulations and standards applicable to infrastructural facilities. Government agencies are

always permitted to inspect the facilities for compliance with environmental laws and regulations. Some of the steps already

implemented are:

o Heavy oil was used in place of diesel.

o Accommodation facilities of the workers were far away and these were shifted close to the factory, to walking distance.

o Paper usage was reduced considerably.

o Mezzanine floors were constructed to reduce further land usage.

o Working on solar project to convert electric energy.

Welfare Policy

The Welfare Policy of the Company is based on the welfare of the labourer’s and employees.The following measures are taken to

ensure that everyone who works for Needle Craft is satisfied with his remuneration, fringe benefits, work atmosphere and welfare

measures:

• All payments of mandated wages, overtime allowances, additional legal benefits and payments are promptly made.

• Hours worked on each day and days worked in each week do not exceed the maximum permitted by law.

• There is no child labour, forced labour, involuntary labour, bonded labour or any such practices that go against laws and natural

justice.

• No form of physical, sexual, psychological, verbal or other harassment or abuse is allowed in the work place or lodgings provided

by the Company.

• There is no discrimination on the basis of caste, class, country, political or religious beliefs, gender, age or any other distinction.

• Health and safety of the staff and workers are ensured with adequate First Aid Kits, nurses and doctors, nutritive food, quality

accommodation, sanitation facilities, fire safety measures, etc at the workplace and the company lodging facilities.
