What is ANSYS?

ANSYS Mechanical software is a comprehensive FEA analysis (finite element) software tool from ANSYS Inc. USA

This software tool is used for structural analysis, including linear, nonlinear and dynamic studies.

The engineering simulation product provides a complete set of elements behaviour, material models and equation solvers for a wide range of mechanical design problems.

In addition, ANSYS Mechanical offers thermal analysis and coupled-physics capabilities involving acoustic, piezoelectric, thermal–structural and thermo-electric analysis.

ANSYS Use

Ansys CFD ( computational fluid dynamics) allows engineers to test systems by simulating fluid flows in a virtual environment, for example; fluid dynamics of ship hulls gas turbine engines (including the compressors, combustion chamber,

turbines and afterburners) aircraft aerodynamics pumps, fans, HVAC systems, mixing vessels, hydro cyclones, vacuum

cleaners, etc. Used by almost all engineering branches. Right now more than 2000+ OEM companies using across the globe.
