User Adoption Charts

• Total Users (Global charts only)– All system users who have not been disabled.

• Active Users– Users who have viewed at least one item in the previous 30 days.

• Participating Users– Users who have commented, liked, rated/voted, edited, or created content in

the previous 30 days.

• Contributing Users – Users who have created new content in the previous 30 days.

Data can be global or specific to a Group or Space

• Total content: documents, discussions (includes questions), blog posts, polls, ideas and videos– Ideas and Videos optional

• Other custom content types are not included

Question and Answer Charts

Latest Values

Data can be global or specific to a Group or Space

Answered Questions– Total numbers of questions

asked, questions with at least one response, questions with a helpful answer, and questions with a correct answer

Average Question Response Times- For each day the average length

of time questions were outstanding prior to receiving a first response, first helpful answer, or correct answer on that day

Profile Completion

Percentage of users with completed profile fields

– Avatar and Profile Image percentages always displayed– Top 8 other non-required attributes also shown (top 4 on

dashboard)– Hover over percentage displays absolute number of users who

have completed that profile element– Included in Global Report only

Places Activity

Top Places– Based on Views over selected time period– Names of Secret Groups are not shown if the user looking at the

chart does not have permission to see them– Included in Global Report only

Date Controls

• All charts default to last 90 days• Time range for reports can be changed to last 7, 30, 90 days

or last year– Users, Content and Question charts simply show more or less history– Places Activity charts show top places based on views over the time

period selected– User Leaderboard & Profile Completion charts are not impacted by

date range selection

Include Subspaces

• By default, Reports at the Space level reflect content and user activity in that Space only and NOT subspaces– Each subspace has its own set of Reports

• If the Include Subspaces flag is checked the Reports reflect the content and activity in the current Space plus all of its subspaces

Export

• All charts may be exported as CSV• Exported data is based on same date ranges and filters

as displayed chart• In some cases, slightly more information is included in

the export than in the displayed chart– Profile Charts: all non-required profile field percentages– Places Activity charts: top 1000 places; also show place owners– User Leaderboard: top 1000 people – Question Response times: averages in hours instead of days
